Megan started the Lazy Wellness brand because she wanted to make feeling good accessible to everyone. Her approach to yoga, coaching, and all things wellness is laid back and will meet you where you’re at. Megan will be your main point of contact, retreat leader, and yoga instructor. Her detail-oriented project management style ensures that your every need and want has been considered, and you can kick back and fully relax during your weekend away. Specializing in reducing anxiety, you’ll find her energy grounding, and her programming to be a perfect balance of downtime and planned activities.
Alex is a personal chef and nutrition coach, not to mention a yoga, Pilates, dance, and CrossFit instructor. Alex brings so much to the table from her love for physical movement to her kitchen tricks, insanely delicious plant-based meals, and a playful sense of humor. On your retreat, you can expect to enjoy Alex’s recipes morning, noon, and night. She’s a great resource for questions about meal-prepping and digestion, and depending on your retreat theme, you just might see her teaching a class or workshop on fitness, food, or nutrition.
