An enthusiast for practicing Yoga in the midle of the nature, bringing the yoga classes outside to beautiful spots became one of her main projects.

Mariana Lopes

She currently teaches and delves into two of her favorite areas, Yoga Meditation and Yoga Methodology for Children. Teaching Yoga to both adults and children is what fills her heart the most. She believes that if we all had contact with the tools that Yoga gives us since childhood, the World today would be a much more beautiful place to live in.

Cláudia Laia
I’m a Yoga teacher and dancer specialized in Thai Yoga Massages, Movement Analysis, and certified by Yoga Alliance UK. I’ve always been passionate about movement and had an early interest in travel and knowing different cultures. I love to teach yoga indoors and outdoors, in bright and inspiring places. I’ve always lived in Parede, which I consider to be a privilege for being a unique place, a village by the sea, close to the city center of Lisbon and the magical Serra de Sintra. The ideal place to create Yoga classes for different people and landscapes.

"peaceful last minute retreat "
very last minute off season booking, I was the only one but it didn't matter at all,the girls welcomed me friendly and gave me a good feeling to belong there .The classes were comfy and inspiring especially the mindful walks I never did before. I´ve enjoyed the amount of free time in between cause the village is so cute and gives you an authentic portuguese experience.I would def come back for a nice summer session to hang with the talented ladies.
Thank you for having me , see you soon

"Perfect place to reconnect with yourself "
I just wanted to thank Claudia and the girls for creating such an amazing ambience. I truly felt in love with yoga and beautiful Portugal thanks to Claudia, Mara and Mariana. such a great place not far from Lisbon, super friendly, and if you are going alone it is no problem at all. Location was good, close to the water and just right next to the station. You can try various yoga classes with different instructors all with different styles and choose something you would like to practice. I think it is great for the beginners (as myself) and for more advanced practitioners.
All in all, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend it!

"Nice holiday in relaxing atmosfere "
Claudia has been buliding up a great yoga studio & retreat. She is, according to my experience, an excellent yoga teacher: she loves what she does and you can feel and “Touch” this in everything you do (yoga and massage). Marianne And Her were able to create a warm and easy going atmosphere that i really appreciated. Thank you also to Mara: a young woman full of positive energy. The retreat is perfect for people travelling alone as it you can combine yoga and massage with the visit of very interesting places (Belém, Cascais) that you can easily reach by train. Train station Is Walking distance from the retreat. In addition, vero close to the retreat you have a great traditional restaurant where you can find excellent fish and a warm atmosphere Thanks to Riccardo and his family. Both will vive you a warm welcome. To sum up: a perfect place to feel at home, staying abroad;)

"Really Nice Experience"
I really enjoyed my time here. Claudia and Mariana are amazing. They create a very friendly and comfortable environment. The accommodation is great, and just a short walk to the beach. Cascais is only 11 mins by train.
The yoga classes and massages were very therapuetic. I would recommend this place to others

I had such a good time on this retreat, the classes were all very good and having three different teachers with different approaches gave me plenty new insights on yoga. Both the thai yoga and relaxation massage were awesome. The location is also great, had a very nice appartment with kitchen and bathroom. It is very close to Parede station so if you want to catch the train to Cascais or Lisbon this is very easy. I went cycling in the Sintra mountains and along the Atlantic coast. It is a perfect place if you want to combine a powerful yoga retreat and exploring the Cascais/Lisbon/Sintra region. Absolutely loved it!

"Fantastic!!!"
The easy going approach, they were so accommodating and attentive, even though I traveled alone, I didn’t feel alone. The roof top class overlooking the sea was just beautiful, and the paddle board yoga was awesome.
