As the saying goes: just missed is also missed. Yoga means something different every day. But the fact that yoga means unity is irrefutable. For me, unity is not to distance oneself from the world or to practice bliss in constant happiness. For me yoga is being in harmony with nature, current challenges and your own being. And that is exactly what my practice is all about.
