This retreat will take place at Villa Amatista in Lanzarote, Canary Islands. Lanzarote is the easternmost island of the Spanish archipelago. Its around 125 kilometers off the coast of Africa, meaning the weather is glorious most of the year, where the sun shines with clear blue skies. Villa Amatista is an inspiring and tranquil heaven in the unspoiled countryside and vineyards of La Geria Natural Park.
During this retreat you will be served a daily brunch and 2 evening meals. The meals are delicious, wholesome, and vegetarian prepared on site by the chef Francesca. Ladan Soltani can cater for special dietary needs.
There will be plenty of time in between the yoga sessions to venture and explore the island; therefore, it is advisable to rent a car. Many of Lanzarote’s attractions are of volcanic rock. Some of the wonderful places to visit show the creative force of past volcanic eruptions like the Fire Mountains in the national park of Timanfaya, the lava caves, Cuevas de los Verdes, and the green lake in El Golfo.
You can also do some walking, cycling, hiking, surfing, and diving. As well, you can go to the beach or have a one-on-one yoga session with Ladan.
During this retreat, you may enjoy massage services at Villa Amatista for an additional cost.
Please book your flight to arrive at Lanzarote Airport (ACE). Ladan Soltani highly recommends hiring a car during your stay. The villa is very centrally located, so it will only take 20 minutes from the airport. Ladan Soltani will do their best to organize sharing transfers, should you have similar flight arrivals.
