    "Back on track"

    "Excellent break"

    If you want some 'me' time then this is the place to go. You can do as little or as much as you want and there is a varied array of activities to choose from. The setting is lovely and the walks give you a great opportunity to see your surroundings. The feeling of community means that you are welcomed and absorbed into the group very quickly so don't worry about going on your own, as most people have travelled that way.

    "Just what the physio ordered"

    I loved the full schedule and the fact that nothing overlapped, so it gave everyone the opportunity to partake and each and every class or workshop, should they wish to do so. There was a large variety of yoga styles and yoga teachers, which meant there was something for everyone. Tania was particularly marvellous and I enjoyed all of the classes I did with her because I felt she really took the time to explain everything and to allow each person to arrive at their version of yoga or meditation and was able to assist with wherever you were at. Juices were delicious, food was innovative and lip smackingly delicious. All staff were fabulous and super friendly loved it!

    The food was great, also fruit and smoothie drinks.There were many books available to read on health, yoga, etc and I liked taking one with me to the deck chair by the pool. Lovely heated outdoor pool. Nice quiet location yet within walking distance of beach and mountains. Great view from hills overlooking the sea and surrounding areas. loved too siesta time 2-4.

    In my opinion the whole offer / experience was brilliant. You could do as much or as little as you liked but the variety on the programme was very well thought out.     "Accessible and relaxing"

    The food is amazing and the staff are all really lovely and genuinely friendly. The walks ended up being one of my favourite activities and its well worth doing all of them. The fact that guests are arriving and leaving every day is actually very nice as there are always some people who are settled in and can show you the ropes and report on their experiences, and also the constant shift means you are always making new friends. The flexibility in whether you attend classes or whether you juice or eat meals is really good as it means you can adapt what you are doing to your own needs and daily state of being!

    "Amazing people, amazing vibe."

    From the first email and phone conversation I had this fantastic feeling that La Crisalida is the place for me. Straight from the airport I was addressed and taken care for. On arrival I was way past lunch time but lovely ladies took care of me and presented me with most amazing vegan plate I could ever imagine. My room was ready and I could join in to the activities straight away. My first two yoga session was with Rachel. She's like an angel to my soul💜. Every day I took part in all the activities because it would be shame to skip one. The walks, yoga, life transformation and detox program is designed to help you step into right path in your life.     "Fantastic detox in the sunny Alicante"

    The stab was really fantastic, they were always ready to help, smiling and after day two they knew your name, excellent. I don't know how they do it, there were people coming and leaving everyday, thumbs up.

    There were a lot of activities, yoga, meditation, workshops etc. but there are no pressure, you can join the class if you want to or not. Maybe the sun is nice so you want to relax, its up yo you.

    I recommend everyone to go, give your live a boost in the right direction.

    "Worth a visit"

    "Rundum zufrieden"

    Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, die Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass man entspannen kann. Das Essen ist wirklich top! Super lecker und für jeden ist immer was dabei. Wenn man Allergien hat, wird darauf Rücksicht genommen. Auch die Säfte sind super. Da ich jedoch kein Juicing vorhatte und mein primäres Ziel auch nicht das Abnehmen war, genoss ich lieber das normale Essen, das übrigens auch sehr abwechslungsreich war.

    Den ganzen Tag hat man etwas zu tun, sodass es wirklich nicht langweilig wird. Wenn man jedoch keine Kraft/Lust/kein Interesse an etwas hat, ist man jederzeit frei, etwas anderes zu tun.

    Ich habe die Zeit sehr genossen.

    "Wonderfull experience"

    Everyone in the retreat is smiling the whole day. People enjoy working there. You feel part of a family. The food and juices are wonderful, I enjoyed the cooking an juicing demo, the rebounding and aqua aerobics, the walks, and of course the yoga classes. Even for an absolute yoga beginner like me they were patient and helped me improve every time. The yoga instructors are the best. All the workshops I attented were very interresting.     La Crisalida is a lovely retreat with very friendly and knowledgeable owners and staff. Everyone was nice and helpful. The food was outstanding, especially as I have not eaten a plant based diet before and it was all very tasty and satisfying. There was a full programme of activities that you can decided which to attend and which not to attend, I enjoyed all of those that I attended as well as enjoying relaxation time by the pool. It is in a lovely area and a good base to walk to close by towns, a national park and the beach.

    I would definitely recommend and will visit again!

    "A calm Organised yet relaxed way of running a retreat "

    This retreat is set in a semi residential area close to a national park and a beautiful beach. It is possible therefore to pick and choose how ‘retreated’ you wanted to be. A full timetable of yoga exercise workshops etc interspersed with juices and fabulous plant based food. No salt sugar tea coffee alcohol etc induced a healthy mandate. The freedom to choose how healthy is up to you. I juiced for 3 days and ate the amazingly varied food and still lost 2.5kg in 6 days.

    The location near to Altea created an opportunity to see one of the prettiest Spanish villages on the last might with 2 other guests. That and the lighthouse walk were the visual highlights.

    All in all the team create an atmosphere of calm

    "Treat yourself to a fantastic wellbeing break"

    The resort is quite charming with lots of character. The apartments are spacious & comfortable. Staff are friendly & helpful and experts in their field. The daily timetable is full of varied & interesting topics covering different types of yoga, health & wellbeing. Gusts can participate as much or as little as they like. Beautiful chef prepared vegan food is served around communal tables 3 times a day. Guests ranged from yoga novices like me to teachers, all very lovely & welcoming & from all over the world. 5 minutes walk away is Albir shopping centre with a mix of restaurants & shops - perfect if you just really fancy a cup of coffee!

    "A wonderful weekend break!"

    I arrived in the afternoon after a super easy and efficiently organised transfer and was immediately greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from Nicola at Reception. Lunch was already on, and I was offered to get stuck in and introduced to my roommates as they were handily there for lunch!

    Nicola showed me around my room and let me know which bed was mine for the next few nights. I was given a programme and told I could join absolutely anything without booking- fantastic!

    My room was comfortable and clean, with a selection of herbal teas available and drinking water provided. In terms of facilities, the magnesium pool was fantastic and fairly quiet so great for a dip! I didn't brave the unheated pool- but the new infrared sauna is INCREDIBLE.

    I was mainly here for the yoga classes and I really enjoyed the range, from Yin to Hatha Flow, to more Iyengar style yoga- thankfully I was familiar with all types, so I knew what to expect and instructors did a great job of modifying poses for others with injuries or less experience.

    I was surprised how much I enjoyed other activities such as visionboarding, meditation, guided meditation and walking meditation- there's something for everyone and the team are all excellent at their jobs!

    The views of the guided walks were fantastic, and those who were unsure footed were helped every step of the way! A perfect long weekend!

    "A great few days to relax and rejuvenate."

    Enjoyed sharing meals with the other guests and staff, it made for a very welcoming and social atmosphere. English was the main language spoken although guests came from all over Europe. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean although only used it to sleep as the program was full. Having said that there was no pressure to do any activities. The food was very healthy and plenty of it: it was the first time I had tried a vegan diet and no dairy salt bread or caffeine for 4 days so that was a bit of a challenge but was good to do.

    I enjoyed the different styles of yoga and the walks gave an opportunity to explore this lovely area; don’t be put off by the close proximity of Benidorm this area is so much more!

    The staff arranged transfers from the airport which worked well and as a bonus on my departure day I was able to stay and join in the activities then shower and picked up a packed meal before leaving for the airport at 5pm.

    The flexibility of booking when it suites you rather than the hotel is another bonus so you can get away for a 3 night stay. Weather was great in February, cool in the evening but sunny and warm during the day.

    "Excellent multi activity and multi activity retreat"

    I went with my mum who is a yoga beginner whilst I have done a lot more. The classes were all very varied and adaptable so as to work really well for both of us. The age group was wonderfully well mixed so both of us were easily able to connect with others on the retreat. The variety, quality and healthiness of the food is great. Each teacher has a unique and professional style which gave a really inclusive feel for the different types of people attending. Good location in a peaceful suburban setting allowing for easy access to town, beach and national park walks. Ample space for times when either privacy or social interaction is desired. Plenty of friendly, helpful staff, all very willing to hold space and give extra personalized time beyond their remit. Overall a really wonderful and all-encompassing experience.

    "Great Stay"

    I had a lovely stay, met a lot of people!

    4 Days are too short if you really wanna get into all, the program has many variety and for everyone something, i did enjoy the try and learn new things as well.

    The food was yummy, everyday was a different variety and u always could see the menu prior to decide meal or juice.

    The Instructors were all nice and tried tog et to know you, they soon knew you by name!

    Overall i felt very comfortable and i did enjoy my stay!

    "Avoiding Christmas"

    La Crisalida is a wonderful place to relax and get away from it all. The accomodation and retreat itself, whilst not 5* luxury, was just perfect. Set in a quiet residential area in the town of Albir, east of Benidorm, there are walks all around, up into the hills, along a delightful path to the lighthouse, along the promenade to the town of Altea.

    There is a great mix of classes, done on a rolling programme so it doesn't matter what time or day you arrive; there is always something to do. There is no enforced complusion to do anything, do as little or as much as you like.

    The food is vegan, delicious and plentiful. I don't think I've ever eaten so much and I'm a confirmed meat eater. There was also the option of juicing at any or all of the meals.

    I spent 4 days at the retreat with a delightful group of people, mainly ladies, of all ages, and it was them, as much as the place itself, that made my stay so wonderful. Added bonus, the weather was unseasonably hot, so plenty of sunbathing. Thoroughly recommend especially as a solo traveller.

    "A regenerating stay"

    The staff is so careful about customers' needs, they really do their best to make you feel confortable and at ease. Yoga classes are very good and of different styles.The workshops were very interesting an helpful for my personal growth. I have loved the group walks that allowed me to see the wonderful surrounding areas up to the hills. The Campo walk was challenging and the view from there was astonishing. The food is healthy and delicious, I felt very energetic, I have also juiced for two days at lunch which was a good surprise for me as I was full after only drinking it, I felt better after eating in this way for 4 days.I enjoyed the 2 swimming pools, it was good to have one with warm temperature, they were the best places where to spend the siesta time. I have met lovely people from different countries which made my retreat experience even more enjoyable. After 4 days I feel regenerated and more focused on what I need and what I want to do. I would strongly recommend this retreat and I hope to have the chance to go back!

    "Great 3 day activity retreat "

    The warm welcome and friendly staff are a plus at this retreat, the food and the option of juicing for meals was also great. A large range of activities and a variety of mentors added to the variety of each day. It was my friends first retreat and it was a great introduction for her! It inspired me into a healthier way of life once I’ve got home with great memories of the lovely people that we met there.the treatments I had were also very good, I had a facial and a reiki session that were both worth the extra.     "Completely zen"

I was slightly scared I wouldn't like the food since I normally am a carnivore, but I enjoyed it a lot and even tried juicing! A big thank you to the wonderful cooks and also the activities instructors who really made the stay a wonderful experience. I practice yoga regurlalry at home, but I even learned from the beginner classes as the instructors really explain well and break it down to the basics. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the massage I had was wonderful. Also, the flexibility on arrival and departure dates were a great pro.

    The whole experience was fantastic. All the staff were incredibly professional from the ladies in the kitchen, Lorna and Sue to the reception staff Kaya, Nicola, Jamie, Noemi. All the mentors Tessa, Amanda, Tania, Sylvia. All the instructors were so knowledgeable which is incredibly important as I learnt more than ever about my practice. They would talk youbtheough why you were doing moves the way you were. I loved the Yin yoga with Tessa and the Hatha flow with Amanda. The walls were wonderful, great choices - probably my favourite part. Great food, I feel so healthy after a relatively short period of 3 days. The freedom to come and go as you please without pressure was brilliant. Just an all round excellent experience. Thank you all!!

    "A wonderful way to relax and rejuvenate"

    The structure was there in terms of meals, activities and friendly and supportive staff, but there was also freedom to choose what you wanted to do and where you wanted to go. During my stay I walked to the beach to swim in the sea a couple of times, so you can mix and match your time as you wish. Each yoga session had a different focus which helped to support your own practice. The meals were varied and delicious. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you needed, and if not the staff were quick to make sure your needs were met. As another reviewer said, it's the staff that makes this place. During my stay it felt like instructors, reception staff, cooks, housekeeping and gardeners were all part of the same positive genuine and caring team.

    "4-day retreat"

    The retreat was excellent. I stopped there for 4 nights to break up a european vacation and getting some rest and relaxation. It's very nice how there are different people coming and going each day. There is no pressure to do anything and you can do as little or as much as you please during the day. The food was excellent and going plant based without additive salt and sugar really helps reset your taste-buds. The whole staff was welcoming and inviting and everyone was very kind from the beginning. I enjoyed it very much.

    "4 fantastic days at La Crisalida "

    We have just returned from 4 days at the wonderful la Crisalida centre. We truly did not want to leave and would recommend it to everyone.

    All the staff there were so friendly and welcoming. They were all approachable, caring and knowledgeable; from the guys on reception, to the domestic staff and mentors. The programme they offer is varied and busy and you have the choice of doing as many as the activities as you like or as few; you are on holiday after all!

    The tuition from all mentors was very good. As someone who has a lot of experience of yoga the teaching helped remind me where I had perhaps become a little lazy in my everyday practice and I've left with a renewed sense of focus. For beginners the tuition was thorough, easy to follow and encouraging and guidance was available for those who required it.

    The food was outstanding and I have returned home feeling cleansed and full of energy. I wanted to go on the retreat to try and learn the skills to bring more stillness in my life. I find it difficult to meditate and switch off but I learnt some new techniques during my stay that I hope will help me.

    The facilities and apartments were comfortable, clean and cosy.

    We made some friends for life and will definitely return but for longer next time.

    Thanks to everyone involved in making la Crisalida such a wonderful place.

    "Great yoga retreat "

    I really enjoyed everything. I liked the food selections, everything was not too strange to what i would normally eat. Very nice flavours and very tasty. Good healthy foods that fill me up. The juices are also good and tasty. I liked the walks although challenging it was a good way of exercise. I liked the yoga and meditation classes i have learnt some techniques to use at home. I enjoyed rebounding to get a more cardio workout. It was a good balance of activities to choose from. I Released i could not do it all as planned as my body needed to rest which was also nice to do by the pool in the beautiful sunshine. I would like a bit more cardio or higher intensity classes to get a workout maybe a Zumba class as being in Spain (just a thought). The staff are very friendly also say hello and help and answer any questions i had. The guest are also friendly and welcoming. It was great to meet new people and have company when traveling alone. Overall I really enjoyed my time and would definitely like to return and do more days. I have already recommended this retreat to my friends and family who are now showing an interest in yoga retreats. It is a good way to start a lifestyle change and experience different things whether to go for a detox, weight loss, relaxation or well being, this retreat offers a lot and its up to yourself on how much you want to do, to get what you want out of it.

    I love the fact there are loads of things on every day but you can do as little or as much as you want. I loved Tessa's yoga classes and Rachel's pilates classes. I loved yoga on terrace in the sunshine. I love the location - so near to a hill to climb, a lighthouse walk (beautiful in the early morning) and a beach and a town. You never feel like you are stranded in the middle of nowhere. I feel wonderful after 4 days eating a vegan diet and doing exercise all day - just what I needed! I also thought the accommodation was great - very luxurious and everything provided that you might need.

    "A great short break - next time I'll stay for longer!"

    I visited la Crisalida for a little pre-holiday break/detox. Everything was nicer/better than I'd imagined. The transport from the airport was easy, the welcome session with staff was a great intro to how the place ran, and I loved the yoga classes, walks and workshops. The food was amazing and I tried juicing for the first time while I was there (in combination with having some vegan meals). One of the best parts was meeting the other guests and staff.

    The room was super cozy and I slept like a rock every night after the full day of activities. I left feeling lighter, happy and relaxed.

    It was too cold to use the pool areas so next time I will come in summer so I can relax poolside during our siestas. Thanks, La Crisalida!

    "Reboot "

    There are plenty of activities from 7am the 9pm. You choose how much you want to participate and whether or not you stay on site. Apart from therapies it is all inclusive which removes all the stress of where to go and what to eat. The food was great. All plant based and they were accommodating around food intolerances. The accommodation is excellent. The weather was superb. If you do need to escape the town is just a 10 minute walk away. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I went with a really sore back and left feelling 90% better and not needing my pain meds since l came home yesterday. A combo of yoga and an amazing lndian Head Massage left me feeling rebooted after what had been a stressful few days wondering if l would be well enough to manage the journey and other obstacles. So grateful l made it!

    "Great place"

    Most friendly and laid-back atmosphere I have come across at a yoga retreat. So many activities but you can opt out of anything if you want to relax. You can opt in and out of the juicing as well. Nice little town nearby with a beach if you want to go shopping and I didn’t make it to the old town but apparently v nice. The weather was great in early October (25•C) spent time by the pool. The early morning walks were spectacular especially up to the lighthouse. The best things is they take bookings for any time so you can arrive any day and stay as long as you like.

    I love the flexibility they offer in a wide range of activities that you can opt in or out of. You don’t need to book yourself in so you literally can decide last minute. They also have two lovely pools you can relax by, great vistas and a range of holistic treatments that I also took advantage of!! The food is delicious and healthy and you can opt to juice. All the teachers had a calmness about them and are highly skilled at what they teach - I was a beginner in everything so this really helped. My favourite bits were learning different ways to meditate, the walks, learning different styles of Yoga so I could pick my preferred and trying things i’d never even heard of.. I.e Qi Cong! I loved the experience so much I want to book soon to return...(many people I met were returners, which speaks volumes)

    La Crisalida Retreat was a perfect place to be for some days. We were here mainly for doing yoga, but there were also other activities we could join. The atmosphere was relaxed and we were taken very good care of. The other guests were very friendly and there was a good mix of age and gender when we stayed there. The food was really good, and for non-vegans like ourselves it was very interesting to try this type of food over a longer time period. Though, I have to admit that the amount of calories is a bit low if you plan to do more intensive activities during your stay. But for hiking and yoga, it works fine. The yoga instructors were very observant and came around adjusting everyone in class. So I believe my yoga technique and poses have been improved.

    Usually, I would like to have more active sessions in yoga and other more intensive work-outs, but in the summer heat it was perfect with this level of activities. I also had a deep tissue massage during my stay, wonderful! I can definitely recommend this retreat!

    The retreat is located very well in a peaceful and quiet area of Albir with access to the fantastic promenade that takes you from Albir all the way to Altea and beyond. All the guests and staff were friendly and most of the yoga instructors were excellent. There was an excellent library of books, videos and games to borrow and advice on walks/runs in the area. The juicing menu was amazing with excellent combinations of fruit and veg, I was so inspired that I've now bought my own juicer! If you want an 'interesting' day away a trip to Benidorm is a must!

    I really enjoyed the yoga classes - the instruction was of a high standard and Emma and Sossi did a great job of instructing for all levels. I was also impressed by the variety of the other activities that were provided as I never expected that there would be sure a choice. There is a very relaxed atmosphere at the retreat and staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Great place to meet people, eat healthy food, detox and relax.

    "A very relaxing break."

    I liked the relaxing atmosphere, you could do as much as you liked.

    The yoga classes were just right, there were plenty of things to do if you wanted. The rooms were very clean.I learnt new things from the juicing demos and enjoyed the vegan menu that was available, I have continued since coming home juicing and watching the food I eat, reducing my tea and practicing yoga. It has made quite a difference and was worth the trip.

    "Four days of bliss"

    From the moment I arrived the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Most people had come on their own and there was a lovely atmosphere sitting round large tables for all meals. The yoga classes were very well run with expert teachers for all abilities. The staff even put on Rebound for me even though it wasn't on the timetable for when I was staying! I opted for a private studio which was beautiful and very comfortable with all amenities (except shower gel!) A very varied itinerary of activities where you can opt in or out - there is no pressure on you at any time. Food vegan or juicing and excellent quality and variety. Basically loved my whole experience and have come back renewed and ready to face the world.

    "A much needed getaway"

    The retreat was not exactly how I had pictured it to be - it was certainly much better. Having the freedom to do as many or little yoga classes, and having the choice of opting in or out of having juices as meals, was great - it allowed me to listen to the needs of my own mind & body and adjust accordingly. I was surprised to see so many lone travellers, but with such a friendly and open atmosphere we really felt like a little community both at or away from the dining table! I met so many inspiring people. After a few days I lost the concept of time, and really relaxed into it - even my Fitbit was telling me my average heart rate fell by 5 bpm over those days which it hasn't done in well over 2 years! I'm not a vegan, but eating here made me realise how delicious vegan food can be, not once did I crave meat, dairy or sugar. After a week of being back in Copenhagen, I'm no longer feeling the need to drink caffeine (and I used to be the world's grumpiest person without my morning coffee). I had a massive headache on my second day, which dragged into my third day, and not wanting to let it ruin my short stay there I headed into town for a coffee, and it did wonders. Drinking just 2 coffees in 4 days helped me cut down from my usual 4 to 1 cup per day here at home. And having the added bonus of great weather really lifted my mood, and made my stay with an old friend one of the best reunions - we are aiming to be back next year!

    "Amazing restorative short break"

    "A perfect self-case retreat"

    La Crisalida Retreats is the ideal place to go if you a feeling a bit burnt out, in need of a bit of self-care or would just like to relax. The location is close to the beautiful town of Altea, and a stunning natural park, and the beach of course! The shared apartment was perfect, a lovely living room to relax although I was mostly in classes! It was a little too cold to swim but the two swimming pools looked great.

    "Wonderful experience "

    The teaching was excellent, the staff incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and inspiring. La Crisalida is beautiful and the food delicious. The rooms aren’t luxurious but they’re very clean and comfortable in every way. The massage was possibly the best I’d ever had and my time in La Crisalida was everything I could have wanted. The guided walks every day were a lovely bonus to the multiple yoga classes and the days flew by. A welcoming, relaxed atmosphere and the other guests were also very lovely and friendly, so it made for a very special stay. Thank you!

    Le fait de pouvoir arriver le jour qui nous arrange est vraiment un plus pour ce lieu de retraite. Météo excellente durant la période hivernale. La variété des cours a été très appréciée (ballades diverses, workshops, choix divers de cours de yoga) Les repas sont excellents mais il faut savoir que la cuisine est SANS sel et vegan. Le personnel est accueillant et toujours à l’écoute des éventuels maux que les participants peuvent avoir (la question est posée à chaque début de cours de yoga). Excellent séjour. Le lieu se trouve à 10 min à pied de la mer ce qui est très dépaysant ! Merci

    Ik vond de yoga lessen erg fijn.Soms 3 op een dag!Avond en ochtend wandeling waren goed te doen.Ik had een erg prettig persoon waar ik mijn appartement mee deelde dat zorgde er natuurlijk ook voor,dat ik alles als zeer prettig en relaxing heb ervaren.Ik deed niet mee aan de detox,gelukkig maar want ik vond het veganistische eten veels te lekker!

    "2,5 days felt like a week of relaxation"

    La Crisalida is the perfect place for either a short or a longer break. I went there alone and just for three nights, but after the first day I already felt like being part of that lovely La Crisalida "Family". I liked the idea of being totally flexible while being at a retreat. Like this I could better listen to my body and mind and to what it needs right now (on one day it was a 2 hours siesta :D ).

    I also really liked learning about the EFT-Tapping. I never heard of it before and it might be a little gamechanger for me now :)

    And as a bonus I got a whole apartment for myself even that I booked a shared room.

    All in all when I left 2,5 days later I felt like being there for one week as I was totally at ease and relaxed.

    Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit einem abwechslungsreichen Programm, da eine Vielzahl von Teachern. Alle, die dort arbeiten - von den Teachern, über die Damen am Empfang bis hin zu den Damen in der Küche - sind so wunderbar nett und hilfsbereit. Dadurch entsteht eine offene Amosphäre, die sich auf die Gäste überträgt. Man kommt sehr schnell in Kontakt mit anderen Gästen und ist im Nu eine Familie. Und wer das nicht mag, kann sich jedrzeit in sein Zimmer zurückziehen, denn die sind auch mit Herz eingerichtet.

    Parallel besteht ein großes Angebot an unterschiedlichen Massagen und anderen Anwendungen, die in der Anlage angeboten werden und den Urlaub abrunden.

    Je neemt deel zoveel of zo weinig je wil, jouw eigen ik komt op eerste plaats.

    "Exzellentes Yoga und sehr gutes Essen"

    Das Essen war vegan, zucker- und brotfrei und extrem abwechslungsreich und lecker. Wer wollte, konnte auch "juicen" - eine bekannte Entgiftungsmethode. Ich habe allerdings lediglich eine Mahlzeit pro Tag durch einen frisch gepressten Saft ersetzt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der Masseur Juan Carlos - der Mann ist sehr wissend und hat in meinen Augen "goldene Hände".

    "Great way to end and start the year"

    The place is beautiful and calm but still not far from the town and beaches. The food is absolutely delicious and all the staff are so kind and really take care of A special mention to Tessa and Rachel who were amazing and for their organisation and enthousiasm for the new year eve party. They a large variety of activities and you can choose if you want to attend them or not. You can also choose if you wanna juice or eat meals and that for every meal.

    I enjoyed that everything was taken care of and you could get as much or as little involved as you would like. The food was really good, I felt that I could become full-time vegan if I could prepare meals like that every day! The beach was a 15 minute walk and I made a point to walk there every day which was great. And Marie was my favorite instructor :)

    "Séjour sain et agréable dans un climat de vacances"

    Pouvoir suivre un régime alimentaire detox tout en étant entourés de personnes qui sont dans le même cas, et avoir la liberté de suivre les activités à sa guise (il faut aussi savoir se mettre des limites, car on est facilement tentés de tout essayer. C'est un séjour relax, pas un marathon!). Le personnel est agréable, et à l'écoute. Il y règne une atmosphère positive, et le cadre est reposant. La plage et le centre-ville sont à 20 min à pied, donc il est facile d'associer les loisirs à ce séjour. L'eau, les tisanes et les fruits sont à notre disposition, sans limite. J'ai appris pas mal de choses sur la cuisine vegan, notamment à travers une démonstration (2 recettes). Après quelques jours, on devient plus réceptif aux saveurs, et en rentrant, on remarque plus facilement si quelque chose contient trop de sel ou de sucre, ce qui est bien à long terme, car ça nous pousse à adopter de bonnes habitudes.
