During this holiday, you will stay in a four-bed shared bedroom at the La Casa de Loto Farm.
You will feel at every moment that the body and breath are the first step in this union. In a profound sense yoga, it is to experience your loving and luminous essence and it can start giving you a smile.
You will begin with a short meditation to integrate body - mind, then continue with the practice of asanas, and finish with a relaxation (five to ten minutes). For the beginners, the basic positions of alignment with your details are taught through deep breathing and learning to feel each moment. For the intermediate, with emphasis on mindfulness, group learns postures that develop flexibility, strength, and concentration are thought during the class.
Alignment yoga, the correct alignment of bones and muscles is done to improve posture habits, prevent disease, discomfort, and improve lifestyle. Gentle yoga is a class with a slow pace that favors people with some ailment or the elderly. Various asanas and breathing techniques are practiced. It ends with a yoga Nidra relaxation, which gives a deep sleep.
It is a part of yoga that focuses on the physical practices. Here, you unite mind and body through breathing and consciousness while performing the asanas in stable and calm posture. This union consciousness-body brings you to the present, where you can feel the essence of love and light that is in you.
Ahimsa, which means non-violence, is the first principle of yoga, so do each posture respecting the process of your body. Beginners and people with a physical ailment or stiffness will be guided for variations or use props such as blankets, buckets, chairs, or ropes to reach each position in peace.
You will be flowing with movement. Feeling, breathing, each pose flows into an inner dance of movement and energy to do it consciously awakens the inner power to flow, with the strength, endurance, breathing, and flexibility of body and mind.
Through awareness on the breath, you will discover that you can feel every moment and in the full presence, you can begin to see clearly the absence and interconnection with everything around you. You will learn techniques to expand this awareness in everyday life, healing and releasing negative patterns.
You live most of life directing your energy outward, looking for happiness outside, believing that happiness lies in the time that follows, in the future. Meditation is to reach, to find, it's to find God in you, to know who you are, and experiencing your soul is an essence to happiness. In a profound sense, meditation and yoga are union with your being. To create this union, you need to be in the present.
In the words of Swami Vishnu Devananda, meditation is a continuous flow of perception or thought, just like the flow of water in a river. A practice wherein there is a constant observation of the mind, meditation brings awareness, harmony, and natural order into life. It helps you dig deep into your inner self to discover the wisdom and tranquility that lie within.
If you are new to meditation, you can begin to meditate without having practiced Hatha yoga. This varies greatly, as some people connect with meditation, for others, it is much easier to start with Hatha yoga through the body. Both practices are complementary. The last main meal should be three hours before practice, if there is a tendency to dizziness for a long time without eating, you may take one hour and a half before practice one glass of yogurt, almonds, or have slow digestion fruit.
It is a guided meditation with the basic from Anapanasati Sutra, one of the Buddha's teachings based on full consciousness, inhalation, and exhalation. The practice may have different approaches, such as learning to recognize negative thoughts and be able to transform your reality or to focus on your core feeling of love and light. It is done in sitting with legs crossed meditation position, but if there is any physical discomfort or high anxiety, you'll ponder relaxed position.
When you practice group friendship, in Buddhism, it is called Kaliyama Mitta or spiritual friend. The friendship created is invaluable, as together, you decided to heal and take the path of a conscious life and from the heart. Sometimes, the practice of sharing your experiences, in the beginning, permeates your life. The community of spiritual friends is called sangha, which in the classical sense, it is the community of monks and nuns rely on the path to awakening.
Practicing yoga, having Ayurveda treatments, and visiting a Buddhism monastery, also being trained by monks have let Michael reconnect with his true self. His mission now is to share that gift with as many people as possible. You are invited to a journey to come and stay with him to reconnect with your own true self.

Maria is a certified yoga teacher of Yandara Institute, Mexico. She lived one year in a Thai Buddhist monastery as a nun and another year in different ashrams in India. With the desire to share the teachings of meditation and yoga as a way of life, Maria established a space called Sati yoga and meditation, which contains a group of highly trained teachers and classes that print style and personality.

Pause, feel the sacred spots in the body, experience the loving touch of the healing force of the universe and take a step closer to your center. The massage is considered the oldest healing technique in Ayurvedic medicine.
The marmaterapia is a combination massage with acupressure of marma points or vital energy, clearing congestion areas in the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic level. This allows harmonization of the prana flow in the body and thus experience harmonics comprehensive health states. The duration of the massage is one hour and 30 minutes. The price of the session is the following: 90,000 COP for a first time session, 85,000 COP for a frequent session, 160,000 COP for two massages, 234,000 COP for three massages, 304,000 COP for four massages, and 370,000 COP for five massages.
The therapist channels the energy of love and wisdom to the universe for her start of therapy (approximately 10 minutes). This is based on current or patient experiences. In Reiki, soft hand contact and only subtle body contact (a few centimeters above the torso) are used. Other available treatments are chiropractic, muscle energy techniques, lymphatic drainage, auto massage therapy, and seniors, customized massage. Preserve health and reduce disease, it can work in conjunction with traditional therapies and alternative medicine and is in itself a healthy and pleasurable activity. It helps reduces physical and physiological problems, relieve discomfort during pregnancy and postpartum, emotional support, and sports therapies.
With some chiropractic, they unblock the bony part of your body therefore achieving the energy flow, eliminating chronic pain and sciatica and pinched nerves.
