Detox with refreshing smoothies, tinctures and the 9.4 pH hot springs water hroughout the day. Your skin will glow! Kurorte are foodies. When you eat nutrient rich foods, and enjoy what you eat, you release hormones that burn fat, increase muscle mass and build stamina.)

Totem painting workshop facilitated by painter Jessica Cardinahl, known for her large scale animal paintings and shamanic painting workshops. Find inner space, freedom and a deeper connection to the self through fun artistic process.
