Lydiana was first introduced to yoga as a child whilst living in India. Through studying Southern Indian classical dance, she became fascinated with how mudras were used to tell a story. While Baranthyam stopped, she continued her practice of yoga. This has been over 15 years in the making. Although she would like to say she starts her day at 6 am with asana and meditation, this doesn’t always happen. Sometimes the comfort of the duvet or the taste of food is too good to resist. And that’s ok. She teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative, Prenatal Yoga and Meditation.
Nadia Khalaf has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over ten years, but what led Nadia to the teaching path was a desire to be of service. She is passionate about holding others as they rise to their awakening, whatever form that may take. In her teaching practice, Nadia unites embodied movement punctuated with moments of space so her students can discover the inherent mystery and magic available in each pose. Last year Nadia entered into training in the Shaiva Tantra tradition. It opened up new ways of being and reinvigorated her world.
