Experience yoga in a beautiful sea front location. In this retreat, you will enjoy different yoga themes each day. Every class will focus on different peak poses or theme and you will always learn something new. You can expect to gain strength, flexibility and core stability, and will feel mentally uplifted and relaxed.

The accommodation provided is on single and shared room basis and will be at La Cabana Beach and Spa. La Cabana is known for its exclusive beach and modern facilities synthesized with relaxation and comfort, a combination often sought but rarely achieved.

In this retreat, you will start your day with a 20-minute meditation and Pranayama followed by a 75-minute Dynamic yoga practice. Each day, you will work on a different theme such as inversion, back bands, twists, and hip openings. After having your late breakfast, you have the free time to visit a very famous spice garden and markets in Goa, relax and swim at the beach, or treat yourself to an Ayurveda massage or Shiro Dhara. Early evenings will be a Restorative yoga practice followed by yoga Nidra and a sunset meditation.

    "This is a hidden gem-along the river and next to the car wash! If you're looking for an authentic full yoga experience, I recommend that you try Asha's class. The studio space is intimate and the classes are always different and challenging, with fantastic teaching where the teachers are keen to provide advice and ensure you are moving into the postures correctly and safely.     "I was a yoga skeptic until one day in January 2012, my partner and I joined Asha for a beginner's yoga class. I was never a flexible person, I never liked exercise, I hardly worked out, I’d get inspired for a few days and then give up, and I definitely never stretched. All that changed after our first class with Asha, she started off gently introducing us to breathing to match the poses that she guided us through, it was a revelation, I was elated to find an exercise class that I actually enjoyed. A year after that first encounter, we do self practice several times a week at home and return once a week to Asha to keep in check. We have both experienced benefits on both mind and body and hopefully will carry on with yoga into old age."

    "I have been attending Asha’s classes for over 6 years, during this time Asha has become a friend as well as my yoga teacher. I enjoy being taught at Asha’s home as the classes are intimate, with only 6 to 7 students, which means you have more 1 to 1 attention. Asha’s style of yoga is dynamic and she encourages her students to maximize every posture to build confidence and gain the most out of each class, which has certainly worked for me. Asha has introduced meditation to the classes, which I haven’t experienced before. Asha is always searching for ways to evolve and offer more to her students, she is a very inspirational person, who is hard working and strives to succeed."
