This yoga teacher training is offering 200-hour of training immersed in the ancient spiritual, philosophical, and meditative traditions of yoga, while maintaining a firm ground in modern anatomical training, sequencing, and approaches to practice. This yoga certification offers you the lived experience of the teachings. In addition to that, you will participate in meditation, ceremony, and council, and explore what these practices and teachings mean to you as an individual and to your community as a whole.
You will experience the spacious four bedrooms / (three full baths) and guest space room. This home is minutes from KSU, famous restaurants, and shopping districts. Features can sleep 3 guests per room. It is nestled in a family friendly neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac lot. It comfortably fits 14 people. It has a huge green area. The beach is ten to 15 minutes away.
Harmony House has five deluxe rooms. Each room has a private entrance, three bathrooms, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. Harmony House is dedicated to expressing Yoganandas expansive approach to religion and his belief in celebrating God through beauty. Simply and elegantly appointed, each room is decorated in the theme of one of the great world religions.
Upon completion of this yoga teacher training, students will receive certificate affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Registration with Yoga Alliance provides a globally recognized credential.
You will have a residential program. The most effective way of learning and teaching is from direct experience.
You will learn to teach and practice a broad spectrum of yoga techniques more effectively, including asanas, including how to draw their spiritual benefits, asana mechanics, safety cautions, how to adapt asanas for student limitations, and how to work directly with the body's subtle energy including the chakras and Kundalini classical pranayama (yoga breathing techniques). In addition, you will learn and practice traditional yoga meditation techniques and Yogananda's renowned energization exercises. As in any home environment, you will also have the option to participate regularly in chanting and prayer.

Your choice of yoga style is infused with Thai massage and hands-on adjustments, technique, and alignment work in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Ashtanga.
This is a Hatha-based meditative practice that unites movement with breath which aims at the purification of the mind and body. Ashtanga yoga is the source of most Vinyasa, Power, and Flow yoga styles which are popular in the West today. The Mysore style allows students to practice a set series of postures at their own pace while being supervised and adjusted by a teacher.
Still gentle and healing in this session, you will begin to explore standing postures as well. Your breath will be your guide as you flow from one pose to another pose. Slowly warming the body and diving deep into more flexibility, you will finally release the tension and stress in the mind.
Gentle yoga, which is therapeutic in nature, moves at a perfectly slower pace. You will be able to connect more deeply with every posture. You can expect lots of relaxing deep stretches as well as meditative and breathing techniques. Your stress and tension will simply melt away.
Restorative or Yin yoga includes bolsters, aromatherapy, and sound healing. It is a deep healing and relaxing practice based on stillness. You will surrender into completely supported poses with very little movement. This yoga style is best for healing injuries, reducing stress, and overcoming fatigue. You will release stress stored deep within your body and leave you renewed and recharged.
A therapeutic yoga is a class that is specifically designed to work with your body with poses geared towards healing an injury or illness. This may include alternative healing modalities and your yoga postures which can be a blend of any of the yoga styles.
This session will get your heart pumping but you may use your breath to calm it down. This is perfect for increasing your strength and flexibility. After all of your hard work, you'll experience deep relaxation.

Scott Duszko ERYT 500 began practicing Qi Gong and Hatha yoga with Danielle Vardakas. He later found Power Yoga and Flow yoga. He balances his power flow with Tao Yin yoga. He is certified in Yin with Paulie Zink. He graduated from a 200-hour Vinyasa and Meditation YTT with Rolf Gates and has completed both the 200 and 500 hour teacher trainings at Honest Yoga with Danielle Vardakas.
This yoga teacher training will take place at Sailport Waterfront Suites, 2506 North Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, Florida, USA.
You will have daily organic fruits and vegetable. Meals plan is available at a separate fee.
During your free time, you can enjoy kayaking, live music, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing, or kitesurfing. You can also experience stand up paddle boarding, go on dolphin watching, parasailing, paragliding, water skiing, or jet skiing. Alternatively, you can go on nature and wildlife tours, shopping, or you might want to sign up for cultural tours, visit theater and concerts, or relax in sunset cruises.
