With a background in training and kinesiology, Stu added a deep study of yoga after incorporating it in physical therapy for himself and clients. Rooted deeply in bodymechanics, Stu teaches classes that focus on alignment, strength, and prana. Stu incorporates healing stretches into every practice he shares with his students. Entrancing beats and flows make every class an invigorating experience.
Ashley is a dance teacher turned yogini who’s practice on and off the mat has been deeply rooted in movement. Ashley completed her 200-hour teacher training over two years ago; she enjoys blending dance conditioning with pranayama and movement in her classes. Ashley teaches chakra opening classes such as Buti Yoga - a blend of kudalini yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics to tribal music. With a passion for teaching deep stretch and vinyasa, Ashley focuses on going inward and adding yoga nidra, guided meditation, to give her students an opportunity to escape and find their own version of bliss.
Highly motivated, skilful and creative Yoga Alliance Certified teacher with specialisation in Hatha, Vinyasa (Universal) and Yin principles. Being inspired by my teachers and travels I create one of a kind classes. I enjoy energizing and motivating people through intention setting, meditation, pranayama and asana to improve their wellness, by using personal in-depth knowledge and extensive understanding of yoga practice. Each of my classes are challenging both physically and mentally with maximum support and personal touch for each student.
