Rachel is an experienced and certified yoga instructor with a demonstrated history of working in the alternative medicine industry, specializing in Raja yoga focusing on breath control and alignment (200-hour). Rachel also specializes in Trauma-Informed yoga (60-hour). She has been teaching internationally and in the United States. Rachel creates a loving and safe environment for her students to grow personally.

I liked having my own cabin, enjoyed the lush off grid environment. The way staff made me feel at home, the delicious healthy meals and the yoga every morning was a great way to start my Day. I loved the “outdoor” showers. It’s location made out a great home base to see attractions on that side of the island.
