Mexico Yoga Teacher Training

Soma Yoga and Movement Educator Teacher Training provides a solid foundation to teach Yoga from a lens of somatics and mobility education to educate on human movement and deepen one’s own personal practice. Yoga teachers are educated in a fusion of anatomy, physiology, somatics approach and movement science with the traditional practice of yoga.

What is Soma Yoga?

Soma Yoga is not another style of yoga, is a way of relating to the body that brings more awareness to the symbiotic relationships that we hold inside and outside ourselves.

We offer the tools and resources that will support you from a solid foundation to teach in a way that makes sense to you as a teacher and for your students, we have detoured from an education that imposes postures, sequences to bodies and move forward into an approach that brings critical thinking, inquiry, curiosity, exploration in a well and safe guided class. You will experience and learn tools to facilitate either Hatha Yoga and Flow classes, depending on your heart felt of what you are inclined to share.

You will for sure come out of our training well resourced to feel confident and truth to yourself to share your wisdom.
