The Jungle Retreat was designed for you to reduce stress, detox your mind from anxiety, and connect your body to nature. You will also be able to improve your yoga practices and learn how to begin with meditation. Moreover, Tibetan sound bowls will transcend theta brainwaves to your mind, bringing about deep states of relaxation and healing, and detaching yourself from outside and reconnecting with your inner self. Let the serenity of nature nurse you with the beautiful sound and scent of the jungle.
Morning Mist Resort is in the local heart of Khaosok Village. The shops, bars, and restaurants are two or three walking steps away from the resort. The resort has its own exit to Klong Sok River, you can choose to chill by the pool or river. The outdoor pool is surrounded by lush plants. Free Wi-Fi is available in restaurants, reception, and in the public areas. They have restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Morning Mist Resort is 600 meters from the entrance to the Khaosok National Park, where you can do your own jungle trekking trails at three kilometers.
Khaosok Yoga is 2.8 kilometers (30 to 40 minutes walk) from Morning Mist Resort but you will get picked up and dropped off every day. The house of Khaosok Jungle Yoga shala was built in 1995 in the middle of a rainforest location 2.7 kilometers from the national park headquarters office and the main village. You will be able to hear the sound of gibbons, early birds, and jungle sounds while you practice yoga meditation.
The room features cozy and simply furnished bungalows with balcony-provided mosquito nets, air-condition , refrigerator a kettle, and ensuite bathrooms with hot shower facilities.

Pick up / drop off
Khaosok Yoga is not able to pick up guests at morning mist resort due not possible to park a car at main the road in front of resort. All guests got to walk around 300 meter to meeting point at Nong saw Thai food.
Since late 2016, Rossi began to practice yoga as a form of exercise and meditation. It has benefited her in many ways such as relieving stress and building up her mental strength. Moreover, she started to acquire in-depth yoga and meditation knowledge through her own study, professional training, and personal practices with well-known yoga and meditation schools in Thailand.
The retreat will take place in Khaosok National Park, Jungle Rainforest Surat Thani, Thailand.
National Park was established in 1980 with an area of 739 square kilometers. It is covered by the oldest evergreen rainforest in the world, huge limestone mountains shooting straight up in the air valleys, The park consists of a thick native rainforest, waterfalls, majestic limestone cliffs, an island stubbed lake, and wild animals. Khaosok is the oldest living rainforest in the world the climate has not really been affected by the ice ages as the equatorial position of the forest has not changed.
Morning Mist Resort has a restaurant that will be offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you'd like to eat out, it's just a 2-3 step walk away and you will find many restaurants, bars, and shops. Your yoga teacher Rossi can recommend where to eat out.

It is easy to get here locally by public bus transport, from where you are Ao Nang, Krabi, Phuket, Koh Samui, Koh Phi Phi, and Koh Tao. You always can ask a local travel agent to get a ferry, including a minivan or bus to Khaosok. When you arrive at the Khaosok bus station stop, there is a 50 THB per person share transfer to Morning Mist Resort.
