Stacy is born and raised Manhattanite. She always had a love for seeing the world and keeping active while doing it, but she never imagined that she would end up making a career out of it! Stacy had wanted to incorporate fitness (particularly boxing and high-intensity interval training) into her trip but was unable to find anything that seemed like a fit. There was something special about crafting a vacation that combined the perfect amount of fitness, adventure, and relaxation into one trip. It was then only a matter of time before Ketanga Fitness Retreats was born!
Kayla Mantegazza is a Boston-based yoga teacher with a heart of gold, buns of steel, and laugh like Danny DeVito. She is the author of the blog, “Yoganna Love This." Kayla completed her 500-hour YTT with the intention of empowering people from all walks of life to make wellbeing their priority. She provides a safe haven to access boutique-quality classes on a ramen noodle budget, with dignity and ease. When she isn't practicing yoga, she gets an endorphin high by lifting weights, hiking, and secretly learning the choreography to any music video Beyonce released in the early 2000s.
