Kelli is a 200-hour RYT Yoga Alliance certified. Her training is based in Ashtanga yoga. Ashtanga yoga is important to her because it connects to the traditional Indian philosophy, pranayama, and meditation practices of yoga. This past link gratefully connects her to the present moment. She also has 75 hours in Yin yoga and Myofascial Release. Fitness is her lifelong passion, as she trained everyday from a very young age. She uses fitness for her adrenaline outlet and for physical and mental strength. She eventually found yoga as a way to balance out her intense workouts.
