Kayla’s style of yoga can be explained by mindful movements, paired with time for connection to breath, space for growth, passionate and powerful movements in creative flows. Kayla began practicing meditation at the age of 13, and yoga at the age of 14. After breaking her back on a skydive, at the age of 18, she was told she wouldn’t be able to walk, but she healed herself with meditation and her own style of yoga. Kayla received her Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica, and has taught yoga in the United States, Belize, Norway, and Iceland.
