The program will be full of healing activities, like yoga, detoxifying and beautifying body treatments and individual coaching sessions focused on health, nutrition and personal transformation. This program will allow for a deeper transformational experience through total withdrawal from everyday life. The longer duration of the retreat will also enable us to offer rejuvenating body treatments on alternating days, with days of rest in between in order for the body to absorb the full benefits of the treatments. As physical movement is one of the key ingredients for a healthy life, the retreat focuses on getting your body moving as much as possible.
<strong>Detox Yoga Retreat by Kaya Peters</strong>
Kayas classes find their basis in yoga and bodyweight based training, and work on building (core) strength, increasing flexibility, expanding breathing capacity, regenerating the inner organs and get energy to flow freely through the body, resulting in optimal feelings of health and wellbeing. The morning yoga sessions will include meditative, cleansing and breathing exercises, as well as active poses which work on improving fitness and stamina and increasing muscle tone. The afternoon sessions are either more exercise base or are used to do regenerative therapeutic sessions, depending on the day of practice and the intensity of the rest of the program.
