"Hot Yoga Kata - great experience"

I liked the location and atmosphere. It ticked all the boxes of what I had in mind and what I wanted from this holiday.

Great location, flexible schedule and wonderfully relaxing!

I was able to take as many or as few yoga classes each day, which was great because it allowed me to create my own schedule.

The beach is gorgeous and great access to lots of good restaurants.

"Professionell gutes Team mit hohem Spassfaktor"

Die unkomplizierte dennoch professionelle Art von Govert ! Die Kurse waren wirklich klasse und sehr gut organisiert! Wir haben viel gelacht und viel viel Schweiß vergossen! Hot Yoga ist extrem toll und aber auch extrem anstrengend! Nach dem Kurs fuehlte ich mich super gut aber ausgequescht wie eine Zitrone! Die morgendlichen Silent walks am Strand waren extrem entspannend und jeden Tag die neuen und anderen Farben des Himmels der Wolken des Meers des Lichts wunderschön! Zum Abschluss am Strand ein kurzes aber effektives workout! Dann Hot Yoga ueber 90 Minuten einfach wunderbar!

An einem Tag waren wir in einer Herbal Sauna oder besser Hamam. Die thailändischen Kräuter wie Kurkuma, Lemongrass und Ginger verstroemten einen wunderbaren Duft. Danach eine Massage. Absolute Heaven!

Nicht zu vergessen das Barbecue Chicken mit Papayasalat in einer kleinen Garküche nebenan super lecker.

Ich hatte ich insgesamt drei Massgen um die Muskeln aufzulockern- eine prima Kombi zum Hotyoga!

Hotyoga verlangt extrem viel Konzentration und ich konnte total abschalten- sehr effektiv. Zum Abschluss ging es zu ein Buddhist Mönch in den Tempel. Er hielt eine kleine Zeremonie für uns ab! Schönes echtes Thaiflair und gut für unsere Seelen. Bei Govert taucht man in die Thaiwelt ein weil er mit seinem Studio mitten im Leben ist - was dann auch etwas laut sein kann. alles eine sehr tolle Erfahrung die ich nur empfehlen kann.

"Kata Yoga Highlights"

Location, the view from our apartment, walking meditation, yoga on the beach, swimming with Govert's dog and a great sense of achievement after completing 7 consecutive days of Hot Yoga. Steam room and oil massage, visit to the temple to be blessed by the monks. Finally, eating a meal in a beachside café watching the sunset.

"KATA HOT YOGA WAS AMAZING!!"

I had an unforgettable time at Kata Hot yoga. I'll definitely recommend this yoga retreat. It was the best decision ever to book the kata hot yoga retreat. De morning walks on the beach were unique and the hot yoga classes were amazing. The yoga teachers were very professional and inspiring, I have learned a lot from them. If I have the change to go back to Kata Hot Yoga, I will do so without doubt!!!

"Great experience!"

Govert and Nong are just amazing. They're so motivating and really care about you and your tiny sorrows and try to find the best solution for everyone. The daily walks on the beach and the following workouts are the best start in the day! The daily swims in the sea, the massages, the herbal steam room: Everything's just perfect. If you want you can do hot yoga 3 times a day! What else do you want? Studio is very nice and clean. Hope we can come back very soon!

"My first Yoga retreat"

The location of the studio and apartment was great, only 5 minutes from the beach. The Yoga teachers came from around the world and all of them were very good. It made a real difference to be taught by a variety of people, as each instructor emphasised something slightly different allowing me to greatly improve my practice. The apartment had really good Wifi which made communication really easy for me. The early morning exercises on the beach while not overly strenuous, increased my core strength in a short period of time and this was reflected in my practice.
