Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®), which shall state that they have completed a 300-hour Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga teacher training course with Kashish Yoga.
This 300-hour yoga teacher training has been designed with sophistication and the utmost care, according to the standards set by Yoga Alliance, for those who have completed the 200-Hour Teacher Training Course. The curriculum provides a framework of five specialized categories to ensure adequate training for yoga teachers. There are endless possibilities in yoga; the more you scratch, the more puzzled you get, and hence, the more eager you become to know what is next.
This immersion provides unique tools and valuable wisdom for both self-development and sharing with your community. You will be diving deep into the knowledge of Yoga Therapy which is a specialization of Hatha yoga tailored to meet the individual needs of people with health problems. It employs postural, breathing, relaxation, and meditation practices, taking into account medical diagnosis and holistic factors. Nourish your practice, inspire your teaching, and expand your skill set right from the time of enrollment.

Influenced by his grandfather to take up the yogic way from early childhood, Jagjeet Singh grew up while studying the yogic texts and values from the very childhood. He went on to complete his masters in philosophy in 2011-12. He pursued his quest for knowledge further by completing his bachelors and furthered it with masters in human consciousness and yogic sciences in the year 2013-14. He also holds the E-RYT 500 status affiliated with yoga alliance international. He has been sharing his extensive knowledge of yogic philosophy, anatomy and pranayama and meditation techniques since 2008.
An outdoor enthusiast who went inside for more enthusiasm. Yoga Guru Ritesh Patel, who is also a black belt, is well versed in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, as well as Anatomy of the Human Body, Pranayama, Asana, Meditation and Shatkriyas. After learning all this, Ritesh did a Thai Yoga Bodywork course - a traditional Thai yoga massage technique, in 2005. He knows the principles of energy balancing, stretching, acupressure and yoga exercises quite well.
Borkha's yoga journey is a story of breath, alignment, and self-discovery. For her, yoga is more than exercise; it's a holistic path to heal and transform. Through mindful practice, she connects movement with breath, creating unity of mind, body, and spirit. Beyond the physical, Borkha finds yoga nurturing mental and emotional well-being. Her journey began as a child, paused, and then rekindled in 2019 for self-restoration. The path evolved, leading her to share her wisdom as a teacher, guiding students to understand their bodies and connect with their inner selves.
Santosh, aka the "Prana-Man," is like a pranic energy powerhouse, all about pranayama and meditation. His students adore him as the "aura-yogi," a true aura magician! Plus, his infectious positivity and ever-present smile make him a happiness guru. With over a decade of yoga mastery, Santhosh has been on a teaching spree for 8 fantastic years. His arsenal includes everything from Asana styles to yoga anatomy, meditation techniques to alignment mastery.
This yoga teacher training will take place in Palolem, Canacona, South Goa, India. Here, yoga practitioners find solace amidst pristine beaches and lush greenery.
Yoga on soft sands or in open-air shalas in the mornings is perfect to foster mindfulness. Days offer opportunities for introspection through deep talks over nutritious Ayurvedic meals, while evenings bring community gatherings with sunset yoga and group meditations against vibrant skies. You are what you eat. So a great deal of care has to be taken when it comes to preparing food. At Kashish Yoga, we have chosen the food as per the requirements of the yoga practitioners. Keeping in mind the nutritional values and following the guidelines of Ayurvedic science, we have prepared a wide spread of saatvik and rajasik food which satisfies not only the taste of tongue but also the soul and mind.

We have an Ayurvedic Treatment Centre on the campus. One complimentary massage is given to all TTC students. Students can choose to purchase more massages (single or package) as per their choice. A menu is displayed on the site in the office.

Please book your flight to arrive at Goa International Airport (Dabolim Airport) (GOI). Transfer from the airport is included. Kashish Yoga will pick you up from the airport on a shuttle service basis on the day of the beginning of the course. It runs three times on that day - 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Students arriving on any other date or time may request a special pickup service chargeable at 35 EUR.
Several buses from Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore are available to Madgaon. From Madgoan, take a bus to Canacona. From the Canacona bus station, it will cost you around 150 INR in an auto-rickshaw to reach the campus.
The nearest station is Canacona, although most trains stop at the Madgaon station, which is approximately one hour away. It will cost you 2200 INR to arrive at the campus via taxi. You can also take a bus from the Madgoan bus station, which is quite near to the Madgaon train station.
