Certification

Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®), which shall state that they have completed a 300-hour Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga teacher training course with Kashish Yoga.

Curriculum

This 300-hour yoga teacher training has been designed with sophistication and the utmost care, according to the standards set by Yoga Alliance, for those who have completed the 200-Hour Teacher Training Course. The curriculum provides a framework of five specialized categories to ensure adequate training for yoga teachers. There are endless possibilities in yoga; the more you scratch, the more puzzled you get, and hence, the more eager you become to know what is next.

This immersion provides unique tools and valuable wisdom for both self-development and sharing with your community. You will be diving deep into the knowledge of Yoga Therapy which is a specialization of Hatha yoga tailored to meet the individual needs of people with health problems. It employs postural, breathing, relaxation, and meditation practices, taking into account medical diagnosis and holistic factors. Nourish your practice, inspire your teaching, and expand your skill set right from the time of enrollment.

Keeping in mind the nutritional values and following the guidelines of Ayurvedic science, we have prepared a wide spread of saatvik and rajasik food which satisfies not only the taste of tongue but also the soul and mind.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Goa International Airport (Dabolim Airport) (GOI). Transfer from the airport is included. Kashish Yoga will pick you up from the airport on a shuttle service basis on the day of the beginning of the course. It runs three times on that day - 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Students arriving on any other date or time may request a special pickup service chargeable at 35 EUR.

Arrival by bus

Several buses from Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore are available to Madgaon. From Madgoan, take a bus to Canacona. From the Canacona bus station, it will cost you around 150 INR in an auto-rickshaw to reach the campus.

Arrival by train

The nearest station is Canacona, although most trains stop at the Madgaon station, which is approximately one hour away. It will cost you 2200 INR to arrive at the campus via taxi. You can also take a bus from the Madgoan bus station, which is quite near to the Madgaon train station.
