Upon learning that Yoga Alliance is updating the curriculum of a 200-hour yoga teacher training course after 20 years, Team Kashish was thrilled to study this new dynamic state of body science and in-depth curriculum for yoga enthusiasts. You are what you eat. So a great deal of care has to be taken when it comes to preparing food. At Kashish Yoga, we have chosen the food as per the requirements of the yoga practitioners. Keeping in mind the nutritional values and following the guidelines of Ayurvedic science, we have prepared a wide spread of saatvik and rajasik food which satisfies not only the taste of tongue but also the soul and mind.

How to get there

Recommended Airports

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Goa International Airport (Dabolim Airport) (GOI). Transfer from the airport is included. Kashish Yoga will pick you up from the airport on a shuttle service basis on the day of the beginning of the course. It runs three times on that day - 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Students arriving on any other date or time may request a special pickup service chargeable at 35 EUR.

Arrival by bus

Several buses from Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore are available to Madgaon. From Madgoan, take a bus to Canacona. From the Canacona bus station, it will cost you around 150 INR in an auto-rickshaw to reach the campus.

Arrival by train

The nearest station is Canacona, although most trains stop at the Madgaon station, which is approximately one hour away. It will cost you between 1500-2000 INR to arrive at the campus via taxi. You can also take a bus from the Madgoan bus station, which is quite near to the Madgaon train station.
