The best of Swahili architecture and simple yet extremely luxurious living. All the bedrooms are unique with stunning views of the creek or the pool. A variety of twin or doubles to cater for every guest.

Tower House is a lovely 6-bedroom property based on the South side of Kilifi Creek. It can sleep up to eight adults in 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and four children in 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. With a huge garden, swimming pool, and private beach access it is the perfect location for an intimate nourish yoga and wellness retreat.

This house also includes: a fully-fitted kitchen where you will be taught how to create amazing healthy nutritious snacks that will wow all palettes

Program

Kilifi days unravel at a gentler pace, catch up on much-needed sleep, linger over lazy brunches, hide away in one of the many little nooks to enjoy a good book, lounge by the pool soaking up the sun, meander up the hillside on a guided walk or stay put and enjoy the spectacular sunsets!

Alternatively, you might want to join early morning yoga and meditation, run through the plantation, and dip in the sea. Whether you are looking to slow down or get out in nature, this retreat is created to nourish what you need.

  • All sessions are optional and are tailored to suit all levels.

For the yoga enthusiasts, there will be 2 practices daily. For those seeking to nurture themselves off the mat, there is ample opportunity for massages and beauty treatments. On top of yoga and meditation, you will be shown tips and tricks for the kitchen that will suit the fussiest eaters or wow guests.

Where an imposing creek meets a white sand beach, Kilifi is perhaps the most spectacular of Kenya’s coastal towns. The cliffs that line the creek are topped with whitewashed coastal houses, palm trees and baobabs, while the water beneath is dotted with yachts and sparkles in the sunlight.

Food

Food means a lot to Karuna. They pride ourselves on making food that is creative, colorful delicious and healthy. All the ingredients they use where possible are organic and locally produced. Not only will they serve you divine food they will teach you how to make it too.
