Payal is a biotechnologist turned yoga teacher. Since she was a child, she found herself very curious about the mind, body, and soul connection. Until the age of 23, Payal had a regular yoga practice as a part of her culture, not paying much attention to it. At the age of 24, due to a major shift in her life, she left her job in one of the most competitive environments in the world and took a break. This is when she re-discovered her enthusiasm for yoga.
