Karuna Detox Retreats

Last week we had the privilege of spending a week with Sho and the team at Karuna Detox Retreats. This week was probably the greatest gift we have ever given ourselves and we have come away feeling totally rejuvenated in mind and body. Thank you Sho and your expert team of juice-makers, food wizards, and therapists, it was the best start to 2017 and we will be back again for sure.
