Join an extraordinary journey that combines the beauty of Nepal’s heritage sites in Kathmandu - including the ancient temples of Swayambhunath and the historic Durbar Square, as well as the impressive Boudhanath Stupa - with rejuvenation at the Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek.
Along the trek, guesthouses will offer unpretentious but hygienic lodgings, usually featuring double or triple bedrooms, and frequently with their own eateries.
Bedrooms are generally not heated and can get chilly during the night, so although warm blankets will be provided, it’s suggested to carry your own sleeping bag or bed liner.
In certain tea houses, bedrooms might lack electrical sockets, but electronic gadgets can be charged in the communal area for a nominal fee.
The rooms are private in Pokhara on arrival but sharing tea house rooms during the treks. %The teahouses offer a simple bed and meal.
This unique package combines a trek to the magical Himalayan mountain range with daily yoga and meditation sessions to offer a truly transformative experience. The trek will take you through easy to moderate trails, meandering through eco-villages of Nepal and offering magnificent views of the Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchhre peaks.
Along the way, you’ll experience the authentic local Nepali village life, culture, and beautiful sunsets and sunrises, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, pine forests, spring rivers, and waterfalls.
You’ll be staying at local tea houses, enjoying delicious Nepali food and accommodation. As you journey through the trek, you’ll stop for swims, meditation, and rest by waterfalls and rivers, fully immersing yourself in the tranquility of nature.
The trek to Annapurna Base Camp is considered moderate to strenuous in terms of difficulty level. It involves walking for six to eight hours a day and ascending to high altitudes, which requires a good level of fitness and stamina.
While prior trekking experience is not necessary, it is recommended that trekkers have a good level of fitness and stamina to undertake the moderate to strenuous trek.
Safety precautions to take while trekking include acclimatizing properly to the high altitude, staying hydrated, wearing appropriate clothing and gear, following the guidance of your guide, and avoiding trekking alone.

The highlights of the Annapurna Base Camp trek include panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges, diverse landscapes ranging from subtropical forests to alpine meadows, and cultural experiences in the charming villages along the way. The maximum altitude that will be reached is 4,130 meters at Annapurna Base Camp.

Food during the trek is included, but not in Kathmandu and Pokhara. At the guesthouse, the menu boasts an extensive selection of Nepalese and international dishes, and it is recommended to try the local cuisine. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes will be available in abundance, with the must-try delicacy being Dal Bhat.
It is advised to bring a refillable water bottle, as water is sold from large tanks to reduce the use of plastic in the mountains. The cost of these items may be higher than in Kathmandu or Pokhara.
