Igor has the ability to question life without anxiety, which opens him to meet the experience with a child’s curiosity and keeps him present. Together with Jenny, he has decided to open up to eclecticism and enrichen their yoga practice from different points of view.
Growing up in an internal world where questioning was driving, Jenny became an observer of human behavior; her own and those of her surroundings. Together with Igor, she has decided to open up to eclecticism and enrichen their yoga practice from different points of view.
For over seven years, Zarah has practiced various styles of yoga all around the world. Zarah believes strongly in the awareness of self through body, breath, and movement and she feels her focus, drive, and confidence deepening as she continues to learn from her many students and teachers. She guides students through demonstration and clear instruction, warmth, and compassion, speaking both on spiritual and physical terms.

A great trip in great company, despite the dodgy weather at the beginning of the week. Magda's yoga was energising & blissful. Jens patiently got me standing on a surfboard. Albeit briefly! The riad - not the usual one - was stylish & comfortable. The Karma team made it a very sociable & relaxing trip, ideal when travelling solo. What Yassine doesn't know about Essaouira (& who he doesn't know) isn't worth knowing.

I have taught yoga myself extensively for 25 years at "The Life Centre" in Notting Hill London. I appreciated being a student of yoga next to my gorgeous girl. Jenny our yoga teacher was a true inspiration and a lot of fun.Our hosts,Melanie and Yassim were a fantastic and loving divine combination. Essaouira is an awesome place! Everyone should go there,we are already planning on going back.
