Anna Kalyani has been practicing yoga and Shiatsu for many years. She has spent the last eight years going deeper into her Yoga and Meditation practice, visiting different Ashrams, attending courses and studying within different traditions internationally. She is a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour yoga teacher since 2014. In her classes, she fuses Sivananda, Iyengar, and Ashtanga traditions with Chinese Meridian Stretching and Vipassana, always encouraging us to begin a deep dialogue with the self.
