Kali is an experienced and committed yogini who loves nothing more than to share her knowledge and passion with others to bring about peace, harmony, and connection. With training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga as well as roots in Buddhist meditation practices, Kali has a lot to offer in her guidance to delve into self-inquiry and mine the gold out of spiritual practice. Kali is committed to a path of continued learning to keep knowledge fresh and relevant and is qualified as a level 2 teacher (500 hours) with over 700 hours training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga.

"Unforgettable weekend retreat in Cornwall"
The venue was beautiful; in the heart of Cornwall we had amazing countryside walks at our fingertips. Trails leading to the beach were especially wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious!! Warm bread fresh from the oven, vegetarian & vegan dishes, vegan chocolate cake! The whole layout of the weekend was the perfect balance of yoga, meditation and relaxation. The sound healing class was very special and I enjoyed getting a taste of mantras and chants.
