    Your home for the week is Spectrum Turkey, a purpose built yoga, massage, and activity venue. It is set in an idyllic location, nestled at the foot of the Golgeli Mountains and just a 20 minute walk into Dalyan Town. The venue is a secluded and private place with over 180 fruit trees such as pomegranate, orange, peach, lemon, quince, plums, figs and olives. There are a variety of places on the 6 acres to relax including: mattresses under gazebos, hammocks, tree house, swinging seats and proper sunbeds. All with breath taking mountains as the backdrop with wonderful sunsets and unpolluted night skies. This retreat includes 7 nights of accommodation in comfortable pool-side rooms with memory foam mattress toppers for additional comfort, all with en suite, air-conditioning and outdoor access. Beach towels are provided and there are hair dryers in the room to save on packing!

    Kate is very experienced at leading holidays and retreats and is excited to welcome you to Turkey. While Kate loves a strong yoga practice she is even more passionate about the power of relaxation. Morning sessions will be dynamic Hatha flow infused with funky beats and thoughtful sequencing designed to stretch, strengthen and revive the body and mind. Evening sessions will be soothing and relaxing including Yin, Restorative, guided meditations and yoga Nidra. %Pranayama will be incorporated throughout all sessions as it is the breath which will truly advance your yoga practice and change your life!

    On holiday with Kate expect to laugh, a lot! The echo of laughter is one of Kate's favorite aspects of leading holidays. In her experience everyone arrives as strangers but leaves as friends. She wants people to truly have a holiday, with some fabulous yoga classes as a bonus. You will improve your physical yoga practice, get strong in body and mind and learn the art and gift of relaxation. 12 Yoga classes throughout the week which includes 7 morning sessions and 5 evening sessions. Monday the 16th is an arrival day, there will be no taught session on this day.

    Five dinners and two nights dining in local restaurants are included in this retreat. Mainly vegetarian traditional Turkish food cooked with fresh ingredients from the garden, or local market farmers are going to be served. Natural spring water is provided in jugs so that you can take natural spring water to your rooms to limit the impact of too many plastic bottles. Snacks, light meals, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are available at an additional cost.

    A short walk to Daylan is included in this retreat. There is also a telescope which you can use to watch shooting stars. You can also visit the nearby beach which is reached by water taxi which is an idyllic journey. If you prefer walking, there are many trails to take where you can see the traditional Turkish way of life, or you can borrow a bicycle from the There are also a a range of massages and therapies available on site, including manicures and pedicures.

    You might find relaxing by the pool is all you need after your yoga session but if you want to do some exploring there are plenty of optional excursion available such as boat trips to various coves and bays, a visit to the Turtle Rehabilitation Centre or Lycian rock tombs, hammam and beach barbecue with mud baths and much more.
