I didnt know anything about the massage Adam does. I went there with a sports injury and found it very impressive how the physiological and ayurvedic knowledge was combined into one. I have felt things moving in my body and change in mind after the sessions. I definitely believe that if your karma allows then this treatment can fix many problems. Thank you Adam

I received a 14 day treatment from Adam for injuries sustained in an old motorcycle accident. I really felt that the style of massage he uses lengthened my muscles and relieved some tightness that I had been dealing with for a long time.

I truly appreciated Adam's professional approach in the Kalari Marma treatment. He took the time to fully profile me and give me a complete and honest assessment of my situation. Any questions were expertly answered. This gave me confidence about his abilities and the treatment itself. The treatment was very effective. I still feel the beneficial effects a few months later. Adam also recommended personal training exercises to me to prevent any regressions. Overall a very complete approach by him.

I've been training with Adam for about 3 months now and I love the changes in my body in terms of flexibility and litheness. My reaction times are faster - it's like I've built trust with my body. My cardiovascular capacity has also increased. The effects are not only physical - mentally I have greater clarity and emotionally greater calmness and confidence. Adam is great to train with - he knows his stuff and has a great rapport with students.

The week of Kalari treatment has truly been a healing experience, not only on a physical level. Although I wasn't familiar with this ancient practice at the start, it quickly became a part of my day I was looking forward to. Adam's approach to his work is very passionate and holistic, he was more than happy to answer all my questions about it and was not only a knowledgeable healer but also a great support during and after the treatment. The massage helped fixing an acute injury as well as issues of which I wasn't even aware of that I have been carrying around for years due to my dancing background.

My whole body became much softer, flexible and agile and I feel very connected, grounded and calm - and unlike many other massage techniques these effects are predicted to last long term; writing this review a month after the treatment I can confirm I still feel its positive effects on me.

I learned Kalari massage. After taking the course, I found the therapy to be amazing, in both physical appearance and energetic effect. The course I did with Adam, a professor attentive and very professional in the field, I learned a lot about this Indian therapy with him.

I've really enjoyed training experience not only did I get to experience an ancient artform rarely taught but seeing the beauty and respect Adam demonstrates is truly inspiring. I definitely felt it in my body after the first few times of doing this style. It works on making you more elastic with a great balance of strength and flexibility. If your coming from a yoga, martial arts or dance background you will love the movements!!

I am so grateful to have received Kalari Massage treatments from Adam! There were immediate and definite results for my whole system, strength of energetic flow returned to places that felt stagnant and sluggish. Over the course of an 11 day treatment the transition my body went through on a muscular level as well as biochemical was obvious not only to myself but in the eyes of those around me. I felt invigorated after each treatment, ready to take on the next great thing. Adams understanding of the style, technique and past of Kalari, his respect for the lineage and his honoring of those elements meant a lot to me. In combination with the martial practice of Kalari Prayatu I continued on my long journey around the world with fresh legs to carry me. This is strong medicine, a sure fire way to re-start old systems and inject a new flush of energy into life. In Gratitude.

Adam is a dedicated and attentive teacher. It's inspiring to learn such a beautiful art from someone with so much skill and passion. I had never done or seen Kalari before but have some experience with yoga and other martial arts, and I immediately fell in love with Kalari as it seemed to be everything I was missing in other practices. The forms are beautiful and really feel like they are purifying you through movement (and sweat!). I would love to continue learning Kalari with Adam and would recommend it to anyone, whether or not they have had any experience or interest in it previously!

I had a very pleasant experience with Adam as my teacher, his energy is great and his knowledge about the human body is very impressive, and you can see his medical history and years of work as a fysiotherapist. I had a lot of fun learning this ancient massage technique, eventhough the first time I had no idea what I was doing and wondered if I would ever remember any of it, by the end of the course I knew the full sequence and it became a form of meditation to give the treatment. A nice thing if you come together with a friend/partner, you can practice on each other, so while learning I also got to experience some of the amazing benefits of receiving Kalari Payattu Nadi Massage Therapy. I loved every part of it. Thank you

Adam has a perfect balance between western and Ayurvedic knowledge of the body - he looked at my back and gave me really really good exercises I could do to improve my scoliosis. On top of that he treated my ankle that was being really sore and swollen for over two months after a climbing accident. Amazing how the pain went away really fast. This is the first time since the accident that i can actually step on it without feeling any pain - absolutely awesome! Thank you!

What I loved about this course was the direct hands on approach. We started right away and got comfortable with the different strokes. Adams background in physiology and his extensive years as a Kalari practitioner shined through during the course. A great experience with an extreme learning curve. He manages to cut straight to the chase and instill confidence and calm into the practitioner. Highly recommendable if you are looking for a step into learning this ancient old massage and treatment technique. Shame that it ended.

Was so positively amazed to discover this martial art/movement discipline that is connected with yoga. Mouvements are quite fluid and make use of body's full 3d range capacity. A must try if you like this kind sports/physical activities

My Siatica has been a part of my life for many years so when I met Adam, I didn`t expect much. To my surprize, I experienced enormous improvment after the first 7-days-course of treatments, then another after the second. Adam anderstand body on a deep level and his devotion is amazing.

Adam is a very skilled physiotherapist with a profound knowledge about fascia and anatomy. He diagnosed the source of a long-term problem I had with my shoulder correctly. No one else could in two years.
