One of the best reasons to choose Kaivalya Yoga is the total relaxation you will experience during our residential yoga teacher training in Rishikesh. We want our students to be able to focus their full attention on the training, so we provide luxury accommodation for all students. This way you can spend 100% of your energy on your pranayama, asana, and meditation practice.

Ideal location and accommodation

The hotel where we hold the yoga training course is all-inclusive. Students can dine, sleep, and study all in the same building where they will complete the yoga training. We find that this all-inclusive facilities helps keep students focused. Rather than worry about getting from one place to another, you can calmly make your way through our jam-packed yoga training schedule.

Air-conditioned rooms

Although Rishikesh, India is located near the Himalayan mountains, it can get very hot during the summer months. We dont want our students to be too exhausted from the heat to enjoy their yoga practice. For that reason, we provide air-conditioned facilities so you can rest, study, and practice yoga in comfortable conditions.

Private bathrooms

The bedrooms each come with private bathrooms with hot and cold running water. Wi-fi is available in the rooms, along with air-conditioning. Each room has a large double bed. Unless you come as a couple, there is only one student to each room. This ensures that you have ample personal time for studying and rejuvenating during the 29-day program.

Warm & welcoming staff

Our hotel staff has plentiful experience in food hygiene, health and safety, customer care, and nutrition. They provide fully for students during the course and can accommodate individual needs like food allergies with ample notice. They are on-site and available to answer accommodation-related questions during the course.

Rishikesh advantage

There are so many wonderful things to experience in this spiritual city. Students can enjoy the local sites during their breaks and weekends, marveling at the spiritual energy of nearby ashrams like Parmarth Niketan, Sivananda Ashram, and the world-famous Beatles Ashram. There are also many natural beauties nearby, such as the Neelkanth Mahadev Temple and Gita Bhawan. Students can also simply take a stroll through the centrally located Swarg Ashram to explore local shops and delicacies.

Kaivalya Yoga Holiday in India Program

Kaivalya Yoga adopts the ancient approach to yoga to inculcate in each student the wisdom that yoga manifests. Teaching and learning is therefore designed in such a way that ethical practices are ingrained automatically in the students. The day begins with the daily regimen (Dincharya) and ancient code of conduct. Activities are also planned according to the seasonal code of conduct (Ritucharya). The concept of behavior and chemistry (Achar- rasayan) is the concept that students are expected to imbibe.
