Randall O’Leary (Ram Giri Baba) is a dedicated explorer of yoga since 1991. Alongside his studies of classical Hatha yoga, Randall has studied a variety of styles, including Iyengar, Jivamukti, and Viniyoga. He began teaching at The Sanctuary Thailand in 1995 and has devoted more than 20 years of his life to sharing this knowledge through classes, workshops, and teacher training worldwide. His emphasis on developing a sustainable yoga practice begins with the breath.

She deeply values diversity and spontaneity. She draws upon her studies of Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Kundalini, Yin, and Tigress yoga. Her class unfolds organically according to the capacity and mood of the students. She teaches asana which is accessible, nourishing, and energizing, incorporating a broad scope of mantra, mudra, and meditation techniques of yogic, tantric, Taoist, and Buddhist origin.
