You will be staying in a shared room on this retreat. However, if you prefer to be in a room by yourself, there are single rooms available and special pricing will apply. Please let Julia Paddison know if you want to stay in a single room.

This retreat will be held at El Sabanero Eco Lodge in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. El Sabanero Eco Lodge is located on a hillside in Cañafistula near Tamarindo in Costa Rica. The lodge overlooks the Cañafistula Valley with beautiful views from all chalets and it is in the midst of four of the most popular and beautiful beaches in the area.

  • Julia Paddison

    After completing her yoga teacher training in 2012, Julia Paddison became very passionate about yoga and wanted to share her love for yoga with others through teaching. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2012 at Dana Hot Yoga. She also completed a 40-hour Ashtanga yoga teacher training in 2016.

  • Cicelee Chappelle

    When Cicelee began practicing yoga, it was strictly as a means to cross-train her body. It then became her primary form of exercise and replaced her gym workouts as she no longer felt that she needed to break her body down in order to build it up. Thus, after years of life in New York City working in the demanding, competitive fashion industry and within the confines of stressful, ruthless Wall Street, yoga became her sanctuary for healing her mind and spirit, releasing struggle, and staying centered.
