Cultivate mindfulness, awareness, reﬂection, and perspective on this joyous retreat. Your retreat partners invite you on a wonderful journey, healing yourself both externally and internally. Daily yoga, meditation, pranayama, and chanting of mantras, as well as silence sessions will help you shed excess baggage from your mind. A healthy vegan, gluten, refined sugar, and dairy-free diet along with refreshing teas and infused waters will shed some weight off the body.
You will be staying at Bryn Tanat Hall. Step into an enchanting hall that loses time and the outside world the moment you begin to drive into the estate, the hall welcomes you with log fires, a baby grand piano, a well-stocked library, antiques, stunning wallpapers, silks, and velvets.
Choosing one of the fourteen bedrooms can be hard - a ground floor room with a huge wet room, a grand opulent room with a six-foot antique carved wooden bed. Or indeed any with their Egyptian cotton bed linen, Elemis toiletries, bathrobes, and the thickest, fluffiest towels, as well as proper reading lights.
Then, step outside to discover the grounds and gardens, you are only a step away from the hot tub, games room, and sports court. They have a sumptuous stone white traditional modern villa with pool, double, and twin en-suite rooms are available as well.
You will be practicing a daily combination of Vinyasa flow and Hatha yoga which is suitable for beginners to advanced yogis. You will also be practicing meditation, pranayama, mantra chanting. and kriyas. You will be having guided healing meditation and silence sessions - time out from the day to enjoy some focus inward!
You will also be attending an expressive art workshop led by Maria Stewart, guiding you on a journey of self through watercourse and chalk sessions, allowing you the freedom to express yourself and unlock your inner self. An hour long holistic treatment is also included in your retreat program.
The program focusses on channeling your inner energies, allowing yourself to be looked after, sheding weight from body and mind, and rejuvenating from the inside out.
This retreat will take place in Llansantffraid-ym-Mechain, UK.
You will be served three daily delicious detoxifying vegan meals each day. The food will all be gluten, reﬁned sugar, and dairy-free. Meals and refreshments are prepared daily by in-house vegan chef Liv; working alongside a nutritionist, she creates dishes with passion and love to bring you sumptuous wholesome food that will nourish the soul, ﬁll your belly, and send your taste buds tap-dancing into the stratosphere!
Refreshments, infused waters, detoxifying tea, and daily cleansing raw juices will also be on offer. Joyfulhealth prepares fresh produce daily to accommodate any dietary requirements, allergies, and intolerances. Please specify your requests at the time of booking.
An one-hour holistic treatment is included in your retreat package. You may book additional sessions for an extra cost.
