Instructors
Jolie Lu
Jolie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in tourism from Ningbo University in Zhejiang Province in China in 2005. She has been a tour leader many times in outdoor sports clubs in China, and has extensively traveled around Western China and Southeast Asia as a backpacker for around two years. She has been been practicing yoga, Chakra yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and yoga dance for six years, and completed 200-hour yoga teacher training certification in Yogpeech yoga school in Rishikesh in 2011.
Retreat location
This retreat will take place in a tropical rainforest located in Menghai. The city is bounded to the south by the Hengduan Mountains and the Mekong River which flows through Menghai tea plantation.
