How the retreat works
Every day for 24 days, Jolie Lu and you will meet for one hour a day via Zoom to have a one-on-one online session on Chinese medicine, Ayurveda yoga, and Qigong.

You can arrange the timing of private sessions with Jolie prior to or after booking.
Retreat information
This private online retreat consists of workshops on Chinese medicine, Ayurveda yoga, and Qigong. The sessions are divided as follows:
- The basics of Tibetan yoga
- Qigong breathing and meditation
- Five elements of meridian and yoga chakra massage
- Ayurveda diet therapy
- Natural improvisation, Japanese dance, tribal fusion belly dance, and folk dance
The content includes contact improvisation, Japanese dance, tribal fusion belly dance, yoga dance, ethnic dance, dance healing into the relationship between the sexes, parent-child relationship, and company team building. Dancing is very effective in enhancing physical strength, self-confidence, personal charisma, and communication skills. It also reduces stress, fear, anxiety, loneliness, depression, physical stress, and chronic pain. In addition, it enhances the body's circulation and respiratory system. It also allows your mind to further enhance and purify, and finally experience the fullness and joy of body and mind.
- Day 1: Tibetan yoga
- Day 2: Chinese Qigong
- Day 3: Chinese medicine
- Day 4: India yoga
- Day 5: Dance healing
- Day 6: Ayurveda medicine
This cycle will loop from days seven to 24.
