The village is surrounded by three nature reserves and the ocean. There is no sound or light pollution. Accommodation
During this retreat you will stay in a villa. As the villa only sleeps 10 people, this retreat is small and intimate. The villa is just a short stroll to the beach and the mountains behind the village. The rooms are comfortable and clean. You can choose to occupy a room by yourself or share the room with a friend or a stranger/new friend.
Program
You will practice Vinyasa yoga in the morning and Yin yoga in the evening. This is an all-level retreat. Beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners are welcome.
