The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only.
This training is suited for yoga teachers and students looking to gain a deeper understanding of the practices of yoga.
Participants will take a deep dive into these topics:
Immerse yourself in yoga in a peaceful serene setting surrounded by nature. On your day off or on certain afternoons, you will visit the nearby lake, hike in the majestic mountains, or rest by the stunning infinity pool.
A short walk away, there is a beautiful waterfall that offers a cold plunge to help melt deep tension and stress away. There will also be a bodyworker on site, which includes deep tissue massage, shiatsu, acupuncture, and energy healing.
This will be an amazing opportunity to connect to like-minded yogis, heal in nature, and deepen your awareness in your practice. You don’t have to be a teacher to take this training, it will plant a seed, and teachers who are already teaching will gain inspiration and confidence.
The 100 hours will be included in The School of Yoga’s curriculum for students working towards their 300-Hour Program and 200-Hour Program. This will also count towards continuing education for Yoga Alliance. You can also choose to take the course to learn more about the practice and the transformational benefits that the practice of yoga can offer.
Joan Hyman’s grounded teaching style seamlessly supports her students as they emerge from their practice with the rich and bright energy that yoga offers. Joan’s teachings come from an organic and intuitive place, as she draws upon the combination studies of Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga as well as Ayurveda and meditation. An authentic modern-day yogi, Joan’s love and devotion show up in her practice and through her teachings. She has over 20 years of experience leading retreats, trainings, and workshops worldwide.
