Come and practice yoga and learn about healthy eating, while getting to sample delicious healthy food and learn how to make it. This weekend detox retreat offers daily yoga classes designed to work to all levels of experience. In addition to the yoga, you will have the opportunity to learn about the benefits of healthy eating that will give you the knowledge you need to integrate healthier eating habits into your lifestyle. You will leave the retreat feeling relaxed and energized.
Littleton Mill is a 17th-century Wiltshire water mill set in ten acres of woodland and meadow on Semington Brook. Its large yoga space looks out over water. Littleton Mill has five spacious double and twin rooms, some en-suite and some with shared bathrooms, all finished to a high standard and painted in calming natural colors. Rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis and some clients may need to stay offsite.
During this retreat, you will be able to take part in a guided walk.
Isabelle has studied and practiced across a range of traditions including Sivananda Vedanta, Iyengar, Scaravelli, and Ashtanga Vinyasa which she discovered with John Scott in 1996. During the next seven to eight years, her journey of primary series self-practice emerged, complimented by regular classes, workshops, and residential with amongst others John Scott, Danny Paradise, Dena Kingsberg and regular practice in London with Sabel Thiam, co-founder of Surya Yoga where she has also taught.
Wiltshire is an ancient county of unspoiled, quiet beauty. Littleton is located between the villages of Semington and Seend. The nearest towns are Trowbridge, Chippenham, Bath, Melksham, and Devizes. There are numerous historic places of interest and areas of natural beauty to visit in the surrounding areas. Nearby sites of archaeological interest include the ancient standing stones at Avebury and Stonehenge. The Mill is about three minutes away from the Kennet and Avon canal, a great place for walking, cycling, or boating.

Jiva Healing will have a team of professional massage therapists on-hand to give a variety of treatments including foot reflexology, deep tissue massage, Thai massage, and organic facials, all available at an additional cost.

It is very easy to travel to Littleton Mill by train with regular train lines to London operating from Chippenham and Westbury. Trains to Chippenham go from London Paddington and take around one hour and 10 minutes. Trains to Westbury from London Paddington and London Waterloo take around one hour and 30 minutes. Jiva Healing will either pick you up at the station for a small fee, or organize a taxi for you which you may be able to share with other guests.
