Teresa Montano was a professional dancer for many years before becoming involved in yoga. Since the late 1990's, she has been studying with various teachers and traditions and is a fully qualified teacher with Yoga Alliance and Sivananda certification. Jemima Croker journeys to India each year to deepen her practice, exploring the healing powers of asana, pranayama, and meditation. The foundation of her teaching is that physical yoga is the first step on an inward journey; that feeling the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit within your own self helps you realize your connection to others, your environment, and the elements that make up the universe. Jemima believes that with practice, yoga cultivates the embodied recognition of body, mind and spirit as one.
Kailash Lim has immersed himself in yoga, meditation and bodywork in India, Thailand and elsewhere for more than 30 years. He has been teaching yoga since 1999 in Southeast Asia, India, Sri Lanka, Canada and Europe. He is the resident teacher at a major spa resort in Thailand. Kailash sees yoga as the art and practice of awakening the intelligence of the body, using movement, posture, and breath to bring the heart and mind to stillness. He has an eclectic style, inspired by the Iyengar-adapted approaches of Erich Schiffmann and Dona Holleman.

"Relaxing and inspiring"
The vegan food was a revelation...every meal was delicious and easy to recreate. The yoga was well led in a perfect environment allowing deep and restorative meditation to take place. Overall a lovely weekend I would highly recommend and very likely repeat in the future.

"Juice Fasting Yoga...."
I went on this break just for the yoga and ended up on a week of fasting. Unexpectedly loosing 10 Kg including 2-3 days after the week. Now to keep that off and keep on with the yoga.
