You will be accommodated in MaoMeno Resort. It is located on the island of Gili Meno, Indonesia. MaoMeno Resort is just a short boat ride from the east coast off the island of Bali. It is 15 square kilometers resort which is a home to about 500 residents. There are no cars or motorbikes which makes it a quiet and nurturing container for a 200-hour yoga training. The property is surrounded by green fields and palm trees, and is nestled just minutes away from pristine white sand beaches and sparkling turquoise water.

The decor is peaceful, clean, and simple with natural textures of rustic wood, smooth bamboo, and ylang ylang woven roofs. All houses are individually crafted and each offer their own unique expression to suit your tailored 'glamping' experience. The open air yoga shala offers breezy practices on wise wood floors, however, Jess is continuously inspired to broaden her classroom so, be prepared to step off the mat and into this tropical wonderland.

Eco stay

For those with an adventurous spirit, these bales are open platforms, which are very popular in Indonesia and the perfect way to nestle into nature. With a latex futton, lamp, mosquito net, and electrical outlet. Your simple needs will be taken care by the organizer.

Shared standard

There are a variety of shared accommodation options available in the bungalows and houses onsite. These structures are individually crafted using the natural elements of bamboo, wood, natural light, and ylang ylang roofs for an authentic Indonesian experience.

Singular luxury

For those who are interested in a more private living experience, Jess Kamell has luxury accommodation available. The accommodation is equipped with a double bed and your very own spacious outdoor bathroom. Air conditionings are available in some houses.

This 28 day immersive teacher training is registered through the School of Embodied Flow and recognized by Yoga Alliance as a certified 200-hour program. With several years of experience in facilitating 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, Jess is passionate and committed to guiding a rich yet playful experience.


You will awaken your essential self. Every breath, sound, texture, or felt sense is a key to awaken to your true nature. The practice of Embodied Flow shines the light of awareness into the layers of your being providing a deep sense of ease, strength, and connectivity in the human form. This in turn, empowers you, the practitioner, to be your own greatest teacher as you expand, integrate, and facilitate awareness in your entire body and mind.


This program will help you to embodies the teachings. Embodied Flow stands for curiosity. Rather than staring at textbooks and external information, the main attitude is to get inside the teachings. The playful approach to embodying the physical alignment and anatomy of the body gives an experiential internal knowing of these aspects. Similarly, you will approach abstract concepts of the yoga philosophy in a tangible way that is down-to-earth and easily applicable to your life.


You will learn the art of teaching with confidence. Facilitating yoga is an outlet for artistic expression. Whether you plan to teach or not, the process of learning to assimilate the teachings and share your voice is a fantastic way to clear pathways and unblock creative stagnation. Jess Kamell Yoga have allotted sufficient time for practicums with a variety of activities to give you the confidence you need to be able to facilitate classes, hold space, and speak your truth.

Jessica Kamell
Jess has been dedicated to curiously exploring and digesting yoga for the past 11 years. Her passion for yoga sprung instantly. She fell deeply in love with the authentic connection and belonging her practice revealed. She thinks teaching is a natural and potent progression, a way to share and continue this conversation with others. She has continually deepened her knowledge and understanding in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Anusara, and most recently holds her certification in Embodied Flow.

During the training, you will have one free day to go and play as you please. This time is so important for your rejuvenation and integration. There are so many activities to enjoy on Gili Meno including swimming with turtles, chilling with a coconut on the beach, or even island hopping to one of the neighboring islands. You are free to choose.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Lombok International Airport (LOP). From there, you can get two hour drive north to Bangsal where the local boats depart to the Gilis. You can catch fast boats leave to Gili Meno hourly.

Arrival by ferry

The easiest way to access the Gili Islands from Bali is through one of the fast boat companies. They are offering daily transfers from Padang Bai (East Bali). Jessica Kamell's recommendation for ferry is Eka Jaya Fast Boat which offers an inclusive shuttle service from Kuta, Seminyak, and Ubud. The cost is approximately 45 USD.
