Jen's biggest goal is to instill in her students enthusiasm for yoga. She believes whole heartedly that this practice is about people not poses.

Jen has been teaching and practicing yoga for about fifteen years now. Ashtanga has always felt like home, and Jen has been a devoted Ashtanga student since 2007. Her practice and teaching are mainly influenced by Tim Miller, who has been Jen's teacher for the past decade. Jen has learned all of primary, intermediate, and advanced A series from him and is currently in the home stretch of learning advanced B. Jen believes in the healing and transformative effects of this practice, and she's so excited that she gets to share her love for yoga with you!
