This intensive 200-hour online self-paced course is recognized by Yoga Alliance. The intention is to provide elementary yoga education to the students. Successful completion of the course will allow students to conduct yoga classes anywhere in the world.
Students who complete their training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT).
Required online tool: You will need the Zoom app to participate in the live sessions. The live sessions can be organised based upon student request (but not counted towards the total hours). Live classes will be on weekends, and the class timings can be decided according to the student's convenience.
All the pre-recorded course videos will be provided to you at the beginning of the course and you will have access to these videos for one year.
Equipment needed: Yoga mat and a strong internet connection.
Yoga is a process of continuous learning and experiencing. Hence this course gives a platform to students to live, think and act in a yogic way. Also, it helps to walk ahead on the path of happiness and profundity. The formula of “do it and feel it” is used to teach students.
Students can implement the knowledge of yoga that they acquire at this yoga teacher training program, towards benefiting themselves and others. After the course, the participants receive their certificates of completion of 200-hour yoga teacher training. It enables them to enroll themselves as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, and conduct yoga classes at a place of their choice anywhere in the world.

Acharya Vinay was born into a Brahmin family where yoga was a household virtue and his grandfather passed his legacy to his father in form of traditional values of yoga, astrology, and dharma. He started studying the scriptures on Veda, Upanishads, and yoga under his father at the early age of 12. He was driven onto this sacred path of acquiring the yogic knowledge under his father. By family lines, Acharya is a disciple of the ancient Sri Vidya tradition of Tantra. It’s the oldest followed sect in India which is established on the principles of Shakti and her attributes.
Divya is a post-graduate of yogic sciences from Sanskrit University of Uttarakhand. She focuses on women’s health by incorporating the techniques of asanas, pranayama, mantras, and light meditations. She conducts yoga classes for prenatal and postnatal conditions for women with a very gentle and simple approach, and most of her lessons are a direct outcome of her own personal experience of the stages of pregnancy and the later recovery periods. She also conducts live cooking classes and demos on yogic cuisine.
Prateek is a teacher of Hatha yoga, asana, and pranayama. He is a trained at Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul. He has two years experience in Hatha yoga, asana, and pranayama. He is a simple-in-heart person who loves to share his knowledge and experience with everyone willing.
This yoga teacher training is held online. Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul is based in Rishikesh, India (GMT+5:30) and they will live-stream the classes via Zoom at an agreed time between the teachers and students, which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone or computer.
