During this yoa retreat, you will enjoy two daily yoga classes every day taught by Jessica Bellofatto who was over 20 years of experience. You may also decide to join a stand-up paddleboarding and SUP yoga session with Jessica if you wish.
Also, every morning will start with a pranayama and meditation session. The retreat will include a daily group run and walk as well as an exciting bike ride to the Tulum Ruins followed by a jump in a cenote.

Jivamukti Yoga School (Jivamukti Yoga)
Jessica has been practicing yoga for 24 years. She started at the original Jivamukti Yoga Studio in East Village, New York. She completed her 500-hour training in 1997 at the Jivamukti Yoga School under the guidance of Sharon Gannon and David Life. She spent many hours studying the Anusara, Iyengar, and Ashtanga styles and is currently pursuing certification in Ashaya yoga, which sprouted from Anusara, with Todd Norian. Jessica is also a triathlete, an avid surfer, and the owner of KamaDeva Yoga.
Located 90 miles south of Cancun on the Yucatan Peninsula, you will be staying at Amansala Grande and the newer sister resort Amansala Chica. It is an ideal hotel to use as a base to explore the surrounding areas.
The Mayan ruins of Tulum are a short bike ride away and the world famous cenotes are all short trips as well. Up and down the beach, there is food, great shopping spots, and plenty of other attractions.
During this retreat, you will be served daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner starting with dinner on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure. One dinner out is not included in the package. The restaurant serves fresh fish, local produce, and the tastiest mango margaritas in the Riviera Maya.
During your free time, you may indulge in some kite surfing and paddle boarding lessons or simply walk or run for miles along the gorgeous shoreline. You may also rent a bike to explore the place on your own or book a Mayan clay treatment or other treatments for an additional cost. Other activities you may choose are snorkeling in the cenotes or explore the ruins at Coba.
Please book your flight to arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN). Transfer from and to this airport is available upon request for an additional cost that depends on the number of people traveling. The cost can range from 45 USD to 150 USD per person each way.
