Fall Yoga and Relaxation Retreat in Vermont

During this years Fall Equinox, treat your mind, body, and soul to a weekend of yoga and relaxation. Soak up Vermonts renowned foliage, clean fresh air, and quiet time to recharge. This retreat is centered around yoga, massage, and nature. The surroundings of Dreaming Mountain, our yoga sessions, the body-work you will receive, and the nourishing food will leave you with a deep sense of rejuvenation and connection. Fall Equinox is balance point when day and night are the same length.

<strong>Shine through the darkness with yoga</strong>

This is a sacred time to gather for the purpose of turning energy inward and cultivating balance. Before heading into the Yin stage of Winter where darkness prevails, the Earth is balanced between two extremes: the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, and the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year. This is an auspicious time to stoke the fire within and identify ways our practice can help us shine brightly through the winter days and consciously blossom into spring.

    "[Jane] is a HUGE asset to the studio and developed quite the following from her yoga students! Jane is one of the most genuine people I know and she gives each one of her students specialized attention and care. She co-founded the Burlington Yoga Conference last year which has turned into an annual event due to its great success. This can be attributed to Janes dedication to sharing yoga with her community and her obvious skill in bringing people together to create amazing energy.
