Revive and release with inclusive/all levels Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Vinyasa yoga rides the rhythm of breath, transforming movement into conscious meditation. Yin yoga postures are supported with props and held for 2-5 minutes which allows the remodeling of connective tissue and the opening of meridians. Balancing contraction and release aids sleep, supports autonomic functions, and sends calming waves through the nervous system. Digest the richness of movement, dine on organic Ayurvedic foods, sweat it out in the sauna, spend time in the forest and celebrate winter's quiet space.
