JAI Yoga Retreats organizes yoga retreats and workshops held around the world using tools from 20 years of study and 16 years of teaching.
In 1997, Jennifer began studying Iyengar yoga in college. Her first impression humbled her physical strength and mental focus. For 21 years, she has used yoga to observe the mind, body, and environment. She has teaching certificates from Kim Zamoff of Warrior One Yoga (2002), Kathleen Hunt of Samadhi Yoga (2006), Shiva Rea of Prana Flow (2009), anatomy for yoga teachers with Richelle Ricard, (2012), Yin yoga with Bernie Clark (2015), Schwinn’s Indoor Cycling (2017), and more. She teaches classes, workshops, and events where ancient wisdom and modern insights are woven into her unique approach.
