This program is for anyone who wants to learn the authentic, integrative, and holistic approach of yoga and Ayurveda as a way of life from the comfort of their home and make their weekend a more productive one. Teaching is the way to self-mastery. It’s your time to transform! The course will be offered with live interaction with your instructor as well as recorded sessions to study. The course is limited to comfortable group size to ensure that you are given focus and feedback and learn to teach with confidence.

Students who complete their training before December 31st, 2021, are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

How the training works

This is a part-time weekend teacher training program. The live sessions will be held only on Saturdays and Sundays, every other weekend. Students have a series of assignments to complete during each section including class observations, written assignments, and practicums. The final practicum will involve leading a holistic ayu-yoga class.

  • Teach holistic classes that include pranayama, kriyas, mudra, mantra, meditation and yoga asana
  • Lead yoga group classes based on the season, the person's ayurvedic constitution, the elements and the stages of life
  • Create individualized and general yoga classes, one-on-one sessions and group workshops
  • Lead with confidence, teach with compassion and express the authentic wisdom for this modern world
