Energize and connect to nature while meeting people from all over the world. This is your chance to reconnect to your inner power! You will start the day with a yoga practice and continue to enjoy the day surrounded by mountains and beautiful nature. During your stay, you will take a trip to the nature reserve of Lago Posta Fibreno. Once at the lake, you will go for a walking meditation on one of the beautiful trails around the lake, and then you will go swimming.
At Italy Farm Stay, you can choose from different types of rooms to fit your budget and your vacation. All of the rooms have terracotta tiles, beautifully hand-painted trees, wildlife on the walls, and wood furniture with hand-carved details. The beds are new and comfortable, so you can be assured that you will have a pleasant night's sleep during your stay. The rooms have been recently restored and are equipped with a fan in the summer and a heating unit in the colder months. Air-conditioning is also provided for an additional cost of 5 EUR per day in the ensuite rooms.
However, all of the rooms are made of limestone walls, which keep them quite cool in the summer, and air-conditioning is not necessary for most guests. The larger rooms can accommodate up to four or five people. There is a crib available for families traveling with young children. Camping on the farm is also available for guests who are looking for a more affordable stay but want to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the farm. You can bring your own tent and equipment, or you can rent a tent, sleeping bag, and sleeping mat for a small fee.
The campground is in a beautiful area of the farm, close to many fruit trees and vegetables, which you can pick yourself and eat for free. You will wake up each morning to a beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding area. Included in the camping fee is the use of a new shared indoor bathroom (the bathroom is equipped with a hot shower).
You will start the day with a one-hour and a half yoga class at 8:00 a.m. After that, there is breakfast. During the day, the guests do the activities included in their package or go hiking, or visit the town of Sora in their free time.

There are also a lot of optional activities available such as the visit to the local shepherd, cooking classes, horseback riding, guided hikes, and walking meditation, Italian language classes.

Antonello Siragusa is the founder and host of Yoga Farm Stay. He started traveling around the world in his mid-teens and discovered a passion for yoga after traveling to India. He completed his 500 hours of TTC in 2017, after several years of being a student of yoga. Since then he has been going back to Asia in the winter months to continue to study yoga, deepen his practice and teach asana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy. He considers teaching yoga one of his most important spiritual practice. In the meanwhile, yoga became the central activity of his eco-farm stay.
Jennifer Louise is a certified yoga instructor. She has completed multiple training of 200 and 500 hours, Kids yoga, and an additional 100 hours of online instructor accreditation. She has also been instructing yoga for all ages for over 10 years, offering classes, workshops, retreats, and TTC courses around the world. Due to a long interest in the human condition, philosophy, science, psychology, history and the spiritual science behind yoga, Jennifer believes in a life-long yoga practice that is accessible to anyone and everyone seeking health, inner peace, and lasting transformation.
Ana’s journey through yoga has taken her across continents and deep into the heart of diverse spiritual traditions. Having trained in North America, Asia, and Europe, she has delved into the teachings of Hatha, Yin, Tantra, and Kundalini Yoga. In her classes, expect more than just physical postures as her approach is meditative and gentle. She incorporate mantras into her classes and often leads bhajan and kirtan circles. Beyond yoga, Ana is also a dedicated Reiki practitioner and master, offering courses and trainings, supporting the holistic approach to wellness and spiritual growth.
The guests love to stay at Italy Farm Stay since it is well-connected with public transportation from Rome and Naples, easily reached with only two hours from both cities with direct buses.
It provides a unique location since it is on the edge of the Abruzzi National Park with beautiful hikes to do even without a car, and it is close to the beautiful town of Sora. The vicinity to the beautiful authentic town of Sora at only 45 minutes walking distance with the weekly open market, cafes, gelateria, restaurants, and a good vibe.
Lots of hiking options: among them, the hike to the gorge in the Abruzzi National Park with the waterfall and the Castle of Sora.

You will enjoy daily breakfast and dinner. As the guests normally take excursions during the day, lunch is not included. However, if the guests decide to stay for lunch, they can book it in the morning. The price is 11 EUR.

In Rome, you will need to take the A1 towards Naples.
You will exit at Ferentino and follow the signs to Sora.
From Sora, the farm is about 10 minutes by car.
Flights can be booked to arrive either at Naples International Airport (NAP) or Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). Airport transfer is not included in the price.
From Rome, the easiest way to get to the farm is by bus. The bus leaves frequently throughout the day, even on Sundays and holidays. To catch the bus, you must go to the Anagnina bus station in Rome by taking the metro line A. The bus to Sora leaves from platform 10 and the price of a ticket is around 6 EUR. The station in Sora is the last stop on the bus, so while you are on the bus, you can relax and not worry about missing your stop. The organizer will pick you up from Sora.
From Naples, there is a bus that takes you to Sora that leaves every day except Sundays and holidays from Piazza Garibaldi. Piazza Garibaldi is in front of the main train station in Naples. The name of the bus company is ARPA and the bus goes to Avezzano. Make sure to ask the driver to tell you when you get to the station in Sora. The ticket costs 9 EUR which can be paid on the bus, leaves at 14:30, and the trip takes about two and a half hours. The organizer will pick you up from Sora.
From Rome, you need to catch the train at Rome Termini station for Roccasecca, then shift for Sora. Make sure to check the train schedule for Sora before you leave Rome so you do not get stuck in Roccasecca. If you plan to arrive in Sora in the late afternoon its recommended that you take the bus.
From Naples, you need to catch a train to Cassino or Roccasecca and then you can either catch a bus or a train to Sora, depending on the time. Be sure to check the train schedule in Naples so you do not get stuck in Cassino or Roccasecca.
From Pescara, you will need to catch a train to Avezzano. You may have to switch trains in Sulmona depending on the time schedule. From Avezzano, you can catch a train to Sora.
