Beyond the shapes of postures lies the true heart of Yoga - a science of being, a way of living. If you seek to go beyond the mainstream known physical-oriented practice, if you long to understand Yoga at its roots, this training is your invitation.
This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (TTC) offers a rare opportunity to experience Yoga as a complete path: physical, mental, and spiritual. Grounded in authentic traditions - Hatha Yoga, Tantra, Advaita Vedanta, and Kashmir Shaivism, this course offers tools for embodying a deep personal practice and heartfelt teaching.
Whether you are beginning your journey or seeking to deepen it, this training welcomes you into a living tradition where yoga is not something you do, but something you are.
During this training, you will be accommodated at Yoga Farm Italy, a family run yoga farm in central Italy where you can choose from different types of rooms to fit your budget and preferences.
All rooms have terracotta tiles, beautifully hand-painted trees, wildlife on the walls, and wood furniture with hand-carved details. The beds are comfortable, so you can be assured that you will have a pleasant night's sleep during your stay.
The rooms are equipped with a fan in the summer and a heating unit in the colder months. Rooms are made of limestone walls which keep them quite cool in the summer. The larger dorm rooms can accommodate up to four or five people.
Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
This yoga training is oriented towards cultivating a profound personal and spiritual transformation through a process of systematized yogic teachings and practices that focus on purifying the body-mind, cultivating energetic awareness, and integrating the teachings into daily life. The small size of the group allows personalized interaction and support for each student at all stages. The teachers aspire to bring the students to the full knowledge of discipline so that they can first embody and then teach with love, devotion, and respect for the tradition.

Antonello Siragusa is the founder and host of Yoga Farm Stay. He started traveling around the world in his mid-teens and discovered a passion for yoga after traveling to India. He completed his 500 hours of TTC in 2017, after several years of being a student of yoga. Since then he has been going back to Asia in the winter months to continue to study yoga, deepen his practice and teach asana, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy. He considers teaching yoga one of his most important spiritual practice. In the meanwhile, yoga became the central activity of his eco-farm stay.
Ana’s journey through yoga has taken her across continents and deep into the heart of diverse spiritual traditions. Having trained in North America, Asia, and Europe, she has delved into the teachings of Hatha, Yin, Tantra, and Kundalini Yoga. In her classes, expect more than just physical postures as her approach is meditative and gentle. She incorporate mantras into her classes and often leads bhajan and kirtan circles. Beyond yoga, Ana is also a dedicated Reiki practitioner and master, offering courses and trainings, supporting the holistic approach to wellness and spiritual growth.
Michael is a tantra and yoga teacher. Over the years he studied and practiced under various teachers, mainly in Asia. His intention is to bring traditional teachings to modern practitioners with joy, love, and honesty. He is also a Thai massage teacher and a TVM (Triple Vagal Method) practitioner.
The yoga farm is located in the small village of Pescosolido at the foot of the Abruzzo National Park, Italy. The area around the farm is one of the most beautiful places in Italy - mountains, waterfalls, hiking trails, lakes, and wildlife. With many easily accessible interesting ruins, churches, and castles, the area is surprisingly not filled with tourists like other parts of Italy.
The farm is close to the town of Sora, where you can eat at local restaurants, stroll along the lively main street, visit the numerous shops, cafes, and pubs, use the internet, or go to the open air market on Thursday mornings.
The farm itself is a large property where you can roam around, eat fresh fruit, spend time with the farm animals, relax in the shade of an olive tree, or walk around the trails in the nearby forest.
