Pernille Villumsen is an experienced yoga instructor with a heartfelt passion for the practice. She has been practicing yoga for seven years and been teaching since 2015. She loves to share all aspects of yoga and share the beauty of movement and stillness, as a way to dive deeper into the body and mind. Her main intention is always for her students to leave the class with more inner peace, than when they first arrived on the mat and she aims to guide everyone into different movement in a safe, creative and playful manner so that they can dive into a journey of self-discovery on the mat.
